Door-to-Door Pet Transport - Here's How It Works
From the front-door farewell to the homecoming happy dance, Kip takes care of the whole pet-moving puzzle for you.
Safe Pickup from Home
A Kip driver will head over to your place to collect your VIP and get the holiday convoy underway. Someone will need to be home for the handover, and there's a quick meet-and-greet before setting off, so everyone starts on the right paw. Closer to the travel day, we’ll send an ETA so you know when your Kip ride is due to arrive.
Secure Journey to Kip
Once aboard the Kip-mobile, your pet rides in their own secure individual crate inside a fully air-conditioned van, with every guest travelling separately for a safe, comfy trip. Water is available along the way to keep whiskers, paws, and spirits nicely refreshed.
Drop-Off at the End
When the stay wraps up, your pet chauffeur will return your pampered pet to your place safe and sound. Someone will need to be home for the grand re-entry, ready to welcome back your freshly holidayed housemate. It’s every bit as easy on the way home, with the same care, comfort, and attention all the way to your door.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The team at Kip Brunswick are absolute legends/gems/superstars. You can see & feel how much these individuals love dogs and love their job. My 2 mini schnauzers, Poppy & Merlin, can sometimes be stand offish with other humans, especially after lock down, however at drop off they are excited to see who is there to collect them for their day ahead. They just get everything right: from the viewing window behind reception, the daily video updates you get and the care and compassion shown by every single team member. I have been bringing my dog to kip doggy day care since he was just a puppy and the staff have always been absolute stars. The team care so much about the dogs and truely give them the best experience. It is always such a joy to get a happy update video during the day and to pick up a relaxed dog at the end of the day!
My nephew rescues dogs I went to get some toys for his dogs 8 puppies and 3 adult dogs(German Shepherd s) I was very impressed with Evans professionalism He listened to my story carefully I shared a personal story about a puppy(Mufasa) who belongs to a homeless guy and I sometimes help him with dog food Evan gave me a beautiful jacket and 2 leashes for free. Very kind , thoughtful and caring

Great office, allowing you a full view of all the play pens and outdoor play area so whenever you come in, you can see how much they keep the dogs entertained and how friendly they are with them. Upon pick up, also receive a pretty comprehensive report on how they've been that particular day.
My dog loves it here! She always comes home so wiped out and tired from having fun and playing with her doggo friends. The staff are lovely! I love seeing photos on Facebook each day and hearing about the day she had on pick up.

I drop off my dogs knowing they will have a day of fun-filled activities planned. They share their day with many friends (both canine and human). Most importantly, I know they will be extremely well looked after. I visited several dog day care centres. Ka-Pooch always is pristine. My dogs would not be attending day care elsewhere. We drive 90 minutes to get to Ka-Pooch. I have been extremely happy.

Pet Transport FAQ’s
Yes, to use the Kip pet transportation services, someone will need to be home for both drop-off and pickup so we can do a safe, smooth handoff. We won’t leave any pet at an unattended property.
Pets are transported in Kip transport vans that are fitted with secure, individual, industry-approved crates for a cool, comfy ride. Pets travel separately for safety, unless they’re from the same household and approved to travel together.
Nope. Our vans are already fitted with secure crates, so there’s no need to supply your own travel setup.
Pets of all ages are welcome to travel with Kip Pet Transport, as long as they meet the standard vaccination requirements for boarding or daycare. Tiny whirlwind or wise old soul, we’re glad to have them on board.
Yes, pets may be travelling with other furry friends, but each pet has their own individual crate for safety and comfort. Pets from the same household can travel together if requested.
Most locations offer door-to-door pick-up from your home. Some locations can also arrange pick up from local vets or Kip daycare centres. Check with our team for details.
Pickup times for pet transport vary depending on the boarding location and the day’s route. Your driver will give you a heads-up for the ETA closer to the travel day, so you know what time your Kip ride is rolling in.
