There's too many dogs at this centre now making it hard to get personalized feedback especially paying $62 for the dog to be put in a large playpen with so many other dogs He also comes home smelly sometimes For the price, would be nice to have dog updates, personalized behavior training etc

Highly recommend the team at Kip Bayside when the need for a Doggy Holiday arises. Recently my needy puppy had a 12 day boarding stay with the team at Kip Bayside. As mentioned, my puppy was needy, so I knew I couldn't leave him with friends or family for that amount of time, we would need a professional team to ensure a successful holiday for Charlie and for us. This was the best decision because we all had a wonderful holiday, we loved seeing the daily updates of Charlie playing with his friends and on return, I was so happy to hear that Charlie's behaviour had improved during the time he was staying with the team at Kip. I believe this is due to the lovely and professional team members at this fabulous establishment. Thank you all so much Kip Bayside Team. Leaving Charlie for so long was my biggest concern, but you made it a success for us.

Has your dog been itching to try daycare?
You need to attend a First Day Trial before coming more regularly
We want to ensure your pup gets started on the right paw when they join the Kip family. That’s why all dogs do a first-day trial to see whether the daycare environment suits them. On this first day trial, we encourage you to arrive before 9:00am to give your dog the best chance of success. We will give you an update throughout the day, and at pick-up, you will receive a report card and the team will discuss a recommended attendance plan. You will also need to be available for an earlier pick-up should our staff deem that daycare is not suitable for your dog.

To attend daycare your dog will need to be vaccinated (to C5 or above) and desexed if over 12 months. Dogs can attend their First Day Trial 10 days after their second vaccination (C5 or equivalent).
How Daycare Works
Step 1: Choose Date
Request your first daycare trial and complete your dog's profile.
Step 2: Arrival
Drop off your dog at Kip before 9am.
Step 3: Settling In
Your dog will slowly be introduced to the daycare group, allowing them to interact with other dogs under close supervision and encouraging positive socialisation.
Step 4: Scheduled Rest Time
Nap time and health checks to reset and recharge before an afternoon of play.
Step 5: Regular Pupdates
Enjoy photo and video updates right to your phone.
Step 6: Home Time
Pick up your dog in the afternoon and our team will talk you through your dog's day and recommendations for future visits.

What you need to know about boarding at Kip Bayside?
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! Every trip to Kip Bayside includes your own room, stimulating playtime, daily photo and/or video updates, and premium kibble meals. We encourage pet parents to come visit the accommodation before the stay - these inspections are available at 3pm on Saturdays. Please contact us if you would like to partake in a facility tour.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.
How Boarding Works
Step 1: Choose Date
Request your boarding stay and complete your pet’s profile, including details such as your pets' vaccinations and any medication they need.
Step 2: Start Your Stay
Drop off your dog during reception hours. If you’ve selected transport, we ’ll pick them up right from your door in the morning.
Step 3: Welcome & Health Check
Your dog gets settled in for their holiday, and staff gives them a health check.
Step 4: Enjoy Regular Updates to your Phone
Enjoy regular photo and/or video updates right to your phone throughout their stay.
Step 5: Get that Fresh Wash Feeling
Receive a complimentary hydro-bath before going home for longer stays.
Step 6: Home Time!
Pick them up during reception hours, or if you’ve selected transport, we’ll drop them at your door.

Provide your dog with extra enrichment and socialisation during their stay. Choose our popular all-inclusive package from $82/day. Prefer to choose the days? Add as many daycare sessions as you want throughout your stay for only $30/day.
