Our company vet is also available to provide veterinary advice throughout your dog’s stay, should the need arise. Additionally, many of our team members are NDTF-certified dog trainers, so they understand dog behaviours and what makes your dog tick.

Our locations offer a range of activities that can be added to your stay to ensure your pup has the best stay, every stay. Different locations offer different activities such as bushwalks, social playtime, swims and additional coaching with a trainer. These activities have been designed to provide your dog with more enrichment and stimulation throughout their stay with us.

We also offer a number of services, including the provision of own food and medication, as well as a pick up and drop off transport service at our locations, ensuring that it is as convenient as possible for you.

Extra Playtime

There’s nothing quite like playing outside, so why does the fun have to end? Add some extra playtime to your dog’s stay - they’ll love the extra physical exercise and mental stimulation and be ready for a kip at the end of the day. Extra playtime can be tailored to meet your pup’s individual needs - whether that’s shorter one-on-one sessions or longer group playtime.

Bushwalks

What’s better than the great Aussie outdoors? Now combine that with walkies, and you’ve got one satisfied dog. When you treat your dog to a guided bushwalk, they’ll get the chance to explore new smells and adventures that will make their stay unforgettable!

Treats and Meals

No matter what type of room you choose, meals are included as part of our base room rate, and our guests are fed ROYAL CANIN®. You can also add extra treats or enhancers to make your dog’s stay with us even more enjoyable. One of our most popular options is a Chicken & Rice dinner, or they might like a daily Kong Treat or Pig’s Ear.  Different sites will have different treats on offer, so please check your local Kip for what’s available.

We can also accommodate if your dog has any dietary requirements or allergies. Simply let our staff know when you request your stay so we can make sure they don’t eat anything they’re not supposed to.

We supervise all our furry guests during mealtime to prevent any funny business, ensuring your dog doesn’t have access to other foods.
