Monday-Friday: 8:00-11:00am, 2:00-5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00-11:00am
Sunday: 2:00-5:00pm
Public Holidays: as advised
We offer door-to-door transport Melbourne-wide. This service is run Monday to Friday (subject to availability) and is not offered on public holidays. This service can be added as part of the booking process and takes the stress out of getting your pet to or from their holiday.Ā

We never have to worry about leaving our precious boy in your care. Shadow is such a happy boy after his Kip Mornington holidays. He loves his cuddles and morning bush walks. Always comes home smelling so good. Our family love his daily updates, gorgeous videos and pics. A big thank you to his wonderful friends thereš¾šš©¶
We were able to relax and enjoy our break knowing our fur baby was safe and well cared for as well as having a blast. Thanks š for taking good care are of her

Our rough collie had a very pleasant 3-night stay and I couldn't be happier with the place! On pick up, he seemed well-kept and the professionals had definitely paid attention to him as they were spot on in the "report card" his behaviours and interactions. I got to watch recordings of some of the walks (walks are a paid extra but worth it for us as he might not toilet with other pups around) so I know he got what he needed. The surrounding area is a nice drive too. Will be returning.
Huge shoutout to the ever amazing staff at Kip Mornington ..... It is so nice to be able to go away and know that our very spoilt and dearly loved pooches are being looked after and spoilt by a great team of dedicated and compassionate kennel staff. We have used your kennels previously and couldn't speak highly enough for all the personal attention and care you have shown to Luna and Duke. And getting our daily updates with photos and videos showing them happy and active helps us to know they are in good hands. Our Dogs Boo & Gigi attended Kip Mornington, while we had an overseas trip. I had looked at many options for Boo & Gigi as like many other pet parents Boo & Gigi are treated like our children. At 62kg & 42kg they can be a lot for many to handle & both with very differing personalities, including likes & dislikes. During their stay at Kip Mornington we received regular updates from settling in updates, photo, videoās of play & activities. Truly grateful to all the KIP staff for the care shown with Boo & Gigi. 5 STARS SERVICE. Thank you Karen, Ryan, Boo & Gigi

Kip Mornington is wonderful. Very caring staff. Love the daily photo and video updates and additional communication is excellent. Our old dog Monty loves going there, they are very attentive and highly recommended

Love the kindness & warmth you offer. Nelson Iām sure enjoys his time spent with you however, I do think itās rather rich to charge for the day when the are returned before 10am by transport charge either the day or the transport would be fairer
My dog Bailey gets so excited in the car when she realizes she is going to Kip Mornington! She can't get in the door fast enough because she knows she will have so much fun, meet new doggo friends, get lots of attention, cuddles and care. The staff are amazing and I know she is looked after every time she stays. I love the regular daily updates and photos that ease my mind. I highly recommend Kip Mornington!
Although my dog would prefer to stay home, she always comes back looking good and in great condition. Daily photos are posted on their website that show the caring attitude of the personal. I would not want to leave my dog at any other boarding facility.
I just picked my dog up from KIP and couldnāt be happier. Iāve been to another local kennel that is a fair bit cheaper and was concerned with the price of KIP but was so worth it!!!!!! Getting the daily updates was absolutely incredible and my dog came home so happy and smelling amazing. Will be returning for sure!!! Couldnāt recommend it more!! Worth every cent!!!
This is the second time we have had our two dogs stay with Kip Mornington and we couldnt be happier with the service and treatment of our beloved furry freinds. The staff genuinely love animals and it shows in their interactions with them. The photo and video updates sent daily are a great comfort and always show the dogs to be healthy, happy and active. They even came back without bad breath! I still cant figure out how they acheived that... Thank you to the staff for making it easier to go away without any concerns for our precious family members.
I was quite concerned putting Loki into a kennel for the first time. Loki had a rough start in life, l didn't want him to feel l had abandoned him! That definitely wasn't the case, to see my daily video updates and his new friends was amazing. I was so happy for him and me. I won't have the same uncertainty when he goes back to Kip Pearcedale, he loved it and l know he was well looked after. Thank you again.

I collected our German Shepherd from Kip Mornington yesterday after a 4 week stay and she looks fit and healthy. In fact she is booked into Kip again in January for a week as we feel they have done a good job of caring for her. I enjoyed receiving the daily photos.
Our furbabies, had the most amazing time. They weee so well looked after and we loved the photos and report that was given at the end. Thank you for taking such great care of them
Very friendly and understanding of my dog's needs. The staff went above and beyond to look after my baby and I love how they provide photos to show me that Luna was very happy in the exercise yard!
I have put Bobby in to Kip happy stays a couple of times now and can see how happy he is there through the daily updates via video.Bobby always returns happy and settled.Thanks to the care of the wonderful Kip staff.
Absolutely wonderful. They looked after my kelpie x puppy for the day & I was very unwell with a medical emergency. They sent me photo updates & found a friendly, patient & overall great match for my pup to play with which was a delight to see & so comforting when I was so unwell. My pup slept well after returning home & hasn't stopped smiling. Thank you so much & for your friendly down to earth customer service & fur baby expertise.

Banjo always has a wonderful time here having boarded 4 times now. Great and friendly service, I always feel well assured that he is being cared for with love and kindness. Absolutely love getting the daily check ins through the easy to use online portal and I love seeing what heās getting up to while we are away. Staff go above and beyond even throwing him a birthday celebration twice when we have had to board him over his birthday week. Highly recommend and will be boarding with Kip for many years to come. Photos donāt lie heās always got the biggest silly face on when heās there.
As always, Rudi had a fantastic holiday at Kip Mornington. He returned home looking extremely fit, healthy and happy!
We were a bit nervous being our first time leaving Scout at boarding kennel, but the daily photos and videos certainly put our minds at ease. It was such a joy to see Scout having so much fun playing with the other dogs. The staff are obviously very passionate about dogs. Highly recommend Kip Mornington. Scout will definitely be back š¾š¾

Absolutely wonderful. They looked after my kelpie x puppy for the day & I was very unwell with a medical emergency. They sent me photo updates & found a friendly, patient & overall great match for my pup to play with which was a delight to see & so comforting when I was so unwell. My pup slept well after returning home & hasn't stopped smiling. Thank you so much & for your friendly down to earth customer service & fur baby expertise.

Absolutely love getting the daily check ins through the easy to use online portal and I love seeing what heās getting up to while we are away. Staff go above and beyond even throwing him a birthday celebration twice when we have had to board him over his birthday week. Highly recommend and will be boarding with Kip for many years to come. Photos donāt lie heās always got the biggest silly face on when heās there.

We were a bit nervous being our first time leaving Scout at boarding kennel, but the daily photos and videos certainly put our minds at ease. It was such a joy to see Scout having so much fun playing with the other dogs. The staff are obviously very passionate about dogs. Highly recommend Kip Mornington. Scout will definitely be back š¾š¾

I collected our German Shepherd from Kip Mornington yesterday after a 4 week stay and she looks fit and healthy. In fact she is booked into Kip again in January for a week as we feel they have done a good job of caring for her. I enjoyed receiving the daily photos.

What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! Thatās why weāve created a boarding experience that feels like a true retreat. Every stay includes a comfortable room, daily playtime with our team, free photo /video updates, and premium kibble meals. Youāre also welcome to tour the accommodation beforehand for extra peace of mind.
Whether your dogās racing around our grassy yards or your catās lounging in the sun, weāre confident theyāll love their stay.
To ensure everyoneās safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.

Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide proof of your petās current vaccination. If your pet is checking in within 10 days of their most recent vaccination, we also require the certificate from their immediate prior vaccination.
We are able to care for pets if theyāre not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.Ā
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
