What can I say? My dog absolutely hated coming back home. He was grumpy, sad and couldn't be bothered for anything. While I wanted to snap him out of it, it was a sign of how much he had missed Kip Hunter Valley. It was important for us that wherever we left our fur baby American Staffy, Brutus, he needed to be on his own as he is quite reactive around other dogs. I knew straight away from reading the reviews and talking to Kip beforehand that this was the place from Brutus. Took a load off our shoulders. All in all we left him for 3 weeks and it was the best decision we made. We will definitely be dropping him off again.

Doggy Chauffeur Service

Sydney dog boarding is a cinch with our chauffeur service.

On the first morning of your stay, one of our team members will come direct to your house and pick up your dog in Sydney, in one of our air-conditioned Kip Chauffeur Vans. Pick-ups are always completed in the morning, typically between 6-9:30am for the Sydney Region. You can rest assured knowing that our expert drivers will be giving your cat or dog the best quality of care from the moment they’re picked up from your place in Sydney, right up until they meet our full pet crew at the Hunter Valley resort. We just wish you could see your pets light up when they see the grounds for the first time!

When it’s time to head home at the end of their dog boarding stay, we’ll personally drop your furry friend back right to your door, wherever you’re located in Sydney city or Greater Sydney. All part of the service we offer as the provider of pet boarding Australians can trust!

Treats and meals

Can I get a discount for additional pets?

At Kip, we welcome siblings. We’re proud to offer additional dogs from the same family a 20% discount for Sydney accommodation when sharing a room. Our optional additional packages are charged per room, meaning if you add an extra package for a room, both dogs will get to share the playtime and double the fun!

Can I bring my own food?

The happiness of your pup is our priority. We provide premium quality Royal Canin dog food as part of our dog boarding service and make sure to check your dog is well-fed every day. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food to Kip if you’d prefer. This service costs $3 per animal per day. If you would like to bring your own food, please make sure it’s well labelled to help us serve the right meals at the right times.
