A nice environment for my two pet . I say it good for Roxy & Des-ell to have a different experience once & a while . The staff where very friendly & pet aware for there owners not to worry , as there in good hands.
The staff were very professional and caring. They sent me a catch up photo of my dog (tounge out) looking happy 😊 I was thinking about contacting them to see how she was. A little insecurity on my side.
The staff at Pacific Pet Resort are absolutely amazing. I had to board a friends Staffy due to an emergency at the last minute over Christmas, and everyone was booked out and could not help. Pacific Pet Resort came to our aid by taking in Benny, gave him lots of love and attention. They even worked on his social skills making his transition to his new home with us effortless. They will go above and beyond, they are truly an amazing group of people with huge hearts. Thank you Ben, Jasmine and all the team for your help we are forever grateful.
Every time Jessie visits the resort she is very pampered & enjoys her holiday!!

The whole process was easy, from start to finish, they even sent me these photos of my boy during my trip, which was amazing! Will go through Pacific Pet Resort again
Lovely facility and most friendly and accomodating staff. Our dog Jess was well looked after and the extra night accomodation was not a problem (after our car broke down on the trip home!). Highly recommended.

Both our pups stayed here and absolutely loved it! Kayla was very informative and helpful through the whole process. We cannot thank her enough for helping us ensure we could go away for a few days without worrying about our pups. Having a GSD puppy, we thought he wouldn’t go as good as he did staying here. The girls working there kept us in the loop when we asked! We have already highly recommended this place to our friends & family. We will definitely be booking again when we need! Thank you guys.

The resort itself is picture perfect and is always in an immaculate showcase condition at all times of the year. The staff are most friendly, caring and importantly, very knowledgeable in the care of both dogs and cats. I know that they only use premium feeds for all animals in their care and any special dietry requirements are happily catered for. A few years ago a friend of mine asked me if I knew of a reputable boarding facility that I could recommend for their precious cat and I had no hesitation in recommending Pacific Pet Resort. On their return my friend contacted me to thank me as their cat was returned to them in perfect condition and health. I recently had to go away again for a week in Sydney and left my precious 6 year old German Shepherd Jax in the loving care of Jayne and her caring, professional staff. During my week away Jayne sent me a beautiful photo of Jax that they had taken letting me know that he was well and happy as I knew very well he would be. I will attach that photo with this review. I thoroughly and without hesitation, recommend the Pacific Pet Resort to anyone seeking reputable boarding kennels for members of their precious furry family.

Jayne and the team take extra special care of your pets. They go the extra mile to ensure your pets are loved and cared for. Cannot highly recommend them enough! We have taken our Border Collie there plenty of times and will continue to do so!
Sent my 2 dogs in for 5 days. Staff are very friendly. Dogs can't talk but they didn't die so all in all its good. Would recommend and use them again. Easy access just off the highway and a big turn around bay if you have a large van

The Staff are absolutely fantastic with their ‘ Guests ‘ & our Dogs get very excited when they work out where they are going. We have a very anxious, highly strung & extremely reactive Staffy & the staff have said that She is as good as gold for them. The staff are very accommodating of the requirements put forward by the owners & I will definitely continue to use the Pacific Pet Resort because I KNOW IT’S THE BEST IN THE MID NORTH COAST BY FAR.
Humphery loves this place. Makes new friwnds everytime he goes for a holiday. Very tired for a couple of days after co Ing home.
Have taken our Chia for a stay many times and couldn’t be happier with the care taken.
Staff are great, all the animals are looked after really well and they have a great time on their "holiday:

We boarded our cat and dog for five weeks at Pacific Pet Resort. We were extremely happy with the way our fur babies were cared for. We received emails from Jayne with photos and both pets were happy and well when we collected them. We would definitely recommend Pacific Pet Resort and will use them again in the future.

We boarded our cat and dog for five weeks at Pacific Pet Resort. We were extremely happy with the way our fur babies were cared for. What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! That’s why we’ve created a boarding experience that feels like a true retreat. Every stay includes a comfortable room, daily playtime with our team, free photo /video updates, and premium kibble meals. You’re also welcome to tour the accommodation beforehand for extra peace of mind.
Whether your dog’s racing around our grassy yards or your cat’s lounging in the sun, we’re confident they’ll love their stay.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.

Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide proof of your pet’s current vaccination. If your pet is checking in within 10 days of their most recent vaccination, we also require the certificate from their immediate prior vaccination.
We are able to care for pets if they’re not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
