Ange & her team have been absolutely life changers for us. Our 2.5 year old Rottweiler has never been minded by anyone prior to his visits with KIP. Ange was so patient with our boy. Most people would look at a 60kg rotty & say it’s too much work. Ange really persisted and patiently grew a solid relationship with our boy which really created such a positive experience. The whole experience has been so inspiring to see how the ladies work with these animals. This kennel is top of the range with quality carers. Our dog went in scared for the first visit and from the experience when he returned was so excited to go back. Previously we had simply never gone away because we didn’t want to leave our boy. Kip has given us a safe haven for our boy for the occasions that we may go on a short trip. We cannot recommend Ange & her team enough. Each villa has a private indoor area and supersized private outdoor grass yard with plenty of room to run around in or to say hello to the neighbours.
Our luxury villas are complete with a television and a comfy single bed complete with blankets. Here, your pet can take it easy and soak in the sun or rest by the air conditioner. Ultimate relaxation!
Classic Rooms for Dogs
Alternatively, our homely classic rooms are spacious and well-insulated, so your pup will enjoy a comfortable temperature no matter the weather. This resort-style room includes a private indoor and sunny grass yard. The classic room has 20sqm of personal space per pet. At Kip, space and access come as the standard. Our sunlit rooms are a home away from home with a cosy bed and a warm blanket.

Kip Happy Stays offers a number of different packages to account for your pooch and all their preferences! Our complimentary package ‘Quality Care’ comes with premium dry food served every morning, a one-on-one playtime in our large grass play yard and a warm hydro bath and blow dry on departure. Our most popular package at Kip Hunter Valley, ‘Triple Fun’ comes with premium dry food at breakfast and dinner, a one-on-one playtime in our supersized grass play yard, a personalized bushwalk each day on our 10-acre property, a one-on-one splash in our doggie water fun park and a warm hydro bath and blow dry on departure for only an extra $25 per day. Our ‘Luxury Pooch’ package , available at Kip Hunter Valley, comes with premium dry food for breakfast, a delicious warm roast chicken dinner every night, a warm hydro bath and blow dry on departure, as well as scheduled playtime and a bushwalk each day.

Kip Happy Stays offers several varying packages for your kitty to give them a personalized, simply pawesome cat boarding Sydney experience. Our complimentary package, ‘Comfortable Care’ provides a climate-controlled environment for your cat, daily wander time in our cat living room and sunny courtyard, premium dry food served in the morning and a daily video update. Our most popular package at Kip Hunter Valley, ‘Cuddle Time’ offers a climate-controlled environment, extended wander time in our cat living room and sunny courtyard, premium dry food served twice daily, a one-on-one playtime including cuddles and a brush as well as a daily video update for only an extra $20 per day.
Getting your pet chauffeured from Sydney
To facilitate our exceptional pet boarding services for Sydneysiders, Kip offer transportation from the city out to our Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie retreat.
Our pet chauffeur service takes the stress away from having to organize another trip on top of your getaway. Your pet will be collected from your home and travel to our pet hotel in the Hunter Region in the comfort of a fully air-conditioned van. A Kip crew member will accompany your pet to keep them comfortable and secure throughout their journey - whether it be dog boarding Sydney or for cat boarding. When it’s time to return home in Sydney, we’ll personally drop your happy family member back to your door.
Pick-ups are always completed in the morning, typically between 6-9:30am for the Sydney Region, and between 7-10am for the local Hunter/Newcastle region.
