We require all dogs to have their C5 (or equivalent) vaccinations to maintain a healthy environment for all our guests, and a current vaccination must be added to your Customer Portal prior to boarding. We are able to care for dogs that aren't desexed, but we do not take dogs in heat at any of our locations. If your dog comes into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up by yourself or an emergency contact.
