Things To Know for Cat Boarding in Sydney

Before your cat’s stay, please ensure that they are up to date with their F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations. This helps keep all our guests healthy and happy! We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed. However, we do not take cats in heat across our locations.

Our catteries are also full of exciting toys and cosy bedding to keep them comfortable during their stay. All meals are also provided, but you can choose to bring your cat’s own food if you like. You can add this during the booking process. If your cat requires any medication, this can also be added at the booking stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vaccinations does my cat need before boarding?

Your cat must be up to date with their F3 vaccinations (or equivalent). A current vaccination certificate must be added to your Customer Portal.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.

What happens if my cat requires medication?

Our team is fully trained to administer any medication your cat may need during their stay. You can add this to your cat’s boarding stay during the booking process. Please provide enough medication for their stay and let us know the administration details.

Can I visit the cat boarding facility before booking?

Yes, we encourage customers to visit our cat boarding facilities before making a booking. This allows you to see the environment where your cat will be staying and meet our friendly staff. Please contact us to schedule a tour.
