Our cat Luna has stayed at Kip 3 times. Luna was collected by a lovely person who asked if my cat would be more comfortable at the front with her (driver) or the back. I thought this was very thoughtful and honestly above and beyond what I expected from the collection. Everyday we receive a video at no extra charge, it’s beautiful touch and makes being away from her easier.
What an amazing team and facility. We recently found ourselves relocating homes and had to put our old cat Oliver into Kip Hunter Valley for a while. He’s spent time in several catteries before but NEVER have we had such wonderful communication, daily videos of him being loved and such kind staff. Keep doing what you’re doing team … you guys ROCK
Our cat and dog were loved, cuddled, walked, played with and cared for. Watching the videos they sent, I thought they might not want to come home! Pick up and drop off were on time - which is so important when travelling, and communication was fabulous. Will use again and again.

We receive daily updates and videos that we love to watch and can see how much the staff care about our cat and the extra efforts they go to to settle him in and occupy him. We cannot thank the staff enough for their above and beyond care
We just picked up our cat from KIP Hunter Valley. She was so calm and happy. The video updates kept us as ease knowing she was happy and getting some love and attention as well as time out of the enclosure. Our old girl is fussy, grumpy and needy but the staff were so genuinely kind and caring as well as professional. We witnessed a lovely dog being picked up and he also seemed so happy and loved the staff! We hope we can be organised enough to book in again next time we are away! Recommend 100%

What I love the most is the little outdoor area he has access to from his cat enclosure. It enables him to enjoy the outdoors but safely.
Our girls (dog and kitty cat) have stayed at Kip Lake Macquarie a few times, most recently for 4 weeks during April/May. They were both really well cared for and given lots of individual attention and cuddles. Daily videos received on our email were a great way of letting us know they were okay and allayed our fears that they might miss us.
First time leaving my ragdoll cat with Kip. Really enjoyed the daily videos they sent me to show he was ok. The team also made the effort to contact me about my cats appetite as they were concerned about his health. It showed they really care for animals. Totally recommend and will be returning.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
Yes, the team is equipped to follow medication schedules with calm, vet-like precision. Every dose is logged and delivered without fuss. There is a small daily fee for this service, but plenty of peace of mind.
