Our cat boarding services are available to pet parents throughout New South Wales. Our locations are nestled in the Hunter Region and Greater Canberra, but our pet transport options make checking in and out a breeze. We’ve cared for many cats from Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Canberra Regions, so come and see what all the fuss is about!

Things To Know for Cat Boarding in New South Wales

Recognising that every cat is different, we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor each boarding experience to suit individual needs. If your cat requires any special care, such as medication or has specific dietary needs, please inform our team when making your reservation, and ensure you provide all necessary food and medications.

Additionally, your cat must be up to date with their vaccinations (F3 or equivalent), and a current vaccination certificate should be uploaded to your Customer Portal prior to arrival. We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations.

If you’d like to come for a tour of the facilities, please schedule a tour ahead of time, as we cannot accommodate last-minute visits or handle tours during drop-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my cat needs medication during their stay?

If your cat requires medication, please let our team know when you request your booking. We are able to administer medication to your cat for a small fee. Please provide all necessary medications and instructions, and our staff will ensure they receive the proper care.

How will I be updated on my cat during their stay?

We provide regular photo/video updates on your cat’s well-being throughout their stay directly to your personalised Customer Portal, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

Are there any vaccination or desexing requirements for boarding?

Yes, all cats must be up to date with their vaccinations (F3 or equivalent), and a current vaccination certificate must be uploaded to your Customer Portal prior to arrival.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
