Areas We Service in New South Wales

Our pet transport service covers metropolitan Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Regions and Greater Canberra Regions. We offer door-to-door pickups, delivering your pet directly to our boarding facilities. No matter where you’re located, we ensure a smooth and safe journey for your furry family member.

For extra flexibility, we also offer transport from our dog daycares in Sydney, so you can drop them off and pick them up at a time that suits you. Please note that your dog will need to be social and have all their vaccinations to be able to be transported from our daycares.

Things To Know for Pet Transport in NSW

Kip’s pet pickup and drop off service in NSW runs Monday through Friday and is not available on public holidays. Availability can be limited, so it's best to book your boarding stay early to secure a spot. We always try to accommodate specific requests for pickup and drop-off times, but keep in mind that this is subject to scheduling.

Pets will be safely transported in secure crates within our air-conditioned vehicles. For all pickups and drop-offs, someone needs to be home to facilitate the handoff, as we do not deliver pets to unattended locations.

We always aim to accommodate your preferred times, but our transport service is subject to availability. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee specific time slots.

Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my pet?

Yes, someone must be home for us to collect or drop off your pet. We do not deliver pets to unattended homes.

Can you collect my pet from my house?
