Things To Know for Cat Boarding in Mornington Peninsula

Your cats health and safety is our top priority. We require all cats to be up to date on their F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations to keep all our guests healthy and safe. We are able to care for cats that aren't desexed, but we don't take any cats in heat across our locations. If they come into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up within 24 hours.

We also implement rigorous safety measures, including constant monitoring of our guests, to guarantee that every cat enjoys a secure and nurturing space.

Can I visit the boarding facility before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a visit to see our facilities and meet our team. Please contact us to organise a suitable time.

Are vaccinations required for boarding?

Yes, all cats must be up to date with their F3 vaccinations prior to boarding. An up-to-date vaccination certificate can be uploaded to your Customer Portal at any time before the start of your boarding booking.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.

Can you pick up my cat?

Yes, we service the Mornington Peninsula with door-to-door transport. Please ensure that someone is home to facilitate this, as we do not leave pets at any unattended premises.
