Our door-to-door transport service is designed with your convenience in mind. We’ll pick up your cat from your home and safely bring them to our boarding facility, ensuring they arrive comfortably and stress-free.

When it's time to return, we'll deliver them back home, making it a hassle-free experience for you and your beloved cat. Please note that someone will need to be home for pick up and drop off. We don’t leave any pets at unattended locations.

All cats must be up to date on their F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations, and we kindly ask for proof prior to arrival. This can be done by uploading your cat’s vaccination certificate to your Customer Portal. We can also cater for cats that aren't desexed but we don't take any cats on heat across our locations. If your cat comes into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up within 24 hours. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care.
