Things To Know for Cat Boarding in Melbourne

All cats must be up to date on their F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations, and we kindly ask for proof prior to arrival. This can be done by uploading your cat’s vaccination certificate to your Customer Portal. We can also cater for cats that aren't desexed but we don't take any cats on heat across our locations. If your cat comes into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up within 24 hours. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care.

What vaccinations does my cat need before boarding?

Your cat must be up to date with F3 vaccinations (or equivalent). Proof of vaccination is required before their stay, and their up-to-date vaccination certificate can be uploaded into your Customer Portal.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed. However, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
