All cats must be up to date on their F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations, and we kindly ask for proof prior to arrival. This can be done by uploading your cat’s vaccination certificate to your Customer Portal. We can also cater for cats that aren't desexed but we don't take any cats on heat across our locations. If your cat comes into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up within 24 hours. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care.
