Things To Know for Cat Boarding in Victoria
We understand that every cat is unique, and we pride ourselves on tailoring each stay to meet their specific needs. If your cat requires special care, such as medication or has particular dietary preferences, please inform our team at the time of booking and provide any necessary supplies.
It's also essential for your cat to be up to date with vaccinations (F3 or equivalent), and a current vaccination certificate must be added to your Customer Portal before arrival. We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations.
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend scheduling a tour of our facilities in advance, as we cannot accommodate last-minute tours or visits during drop-off.
