For extra flexibility, you can also arrange for transport from our Tasmanian daycares - your dog will need to be social and up to date with their vaccinations for this option.

Things To Know for Pet Transport in Tasmania

Our transport service operates from Monday to Friday and is unavailable on public holidays. While we aim to meet your preferences for pickup and drop-off times, we kindly ask for your understanding that specific requests may not always be accommodated.

Your pets will travel safely in secured crates within our air-conditioned vans. Please ensure that someone is available at home for the handoff, as we cannot pick up or drop off pets from unattended locations.

Our door-to-door transport service is designed for your convenience. We handle pick-ups directly from your home and transport your pet to our boarding facilities. Then at the end of their stay, we drop them off back to your home so you can be reunited with your pet! Simply add it online, along with your address when requesting your boarding booking online.

Can I request specific pick-up and drop-off times?

While we always strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences, please note that our transport service operates based on availability. We’ll do our best to meet your needs, but specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if my pet needs to be transported but I’m not home?

For our door-to-door service, we require someone to be home for the pick-up and drop-off. This ensures your pet’s safety and a smooth transition during the handoff.
