Things To Know for Pet Transport in Adelaide

Pet Transport can be added to your pet’s overnight stay when you make the booking online.

When arranging pet transport, it's important to know that we don’t pick up or drop off pets from unattended locations—someone must be there to welcome them! We also do our best to meet your transport requests, but during busy periods, we may be unable to guarantee your timing requests.

If your dog is being picked up from one of our daycares, please make sure they’re social and up to date with their vaccinations to keep them happy and healthy in our care. They need to be up to date with their C5 (or equivalent) vaccinations and have a vaccination certificate added to your Customer Portal.
