Monday-Friday: 8:00-11:00am, 2:00-5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00-11:00am
Sunday: 2:00-5:00pm
Public Holidays: as advised
We offer door-to-door transport Adelaide-wide. This service is run Monday to Friday (subject to availability) and is not offered on public holidays. This service can be added as part of the booking process and takes the stress out of getting your pet to or from their holiday.

Once again excellent care for our Zoe who has some behaviour and medical issues. I can see the love and care they give Zoe by the daily pictures plus she comes home healthy and happy. Would highly recommend to everyone. A huge thank you to all the staff
First time leaving Timmy at a boarding kennel. He was obviously well cared for and very happy when we collected him. We loved the daily photo updates. Would not hesitate to board him at Kip Adelaide North again!
Would not trust anyone else with our boy. He had been going there since is was a puppy now nearly 6 never had any issues and they treat him like there own. We highly recommend Kip North
Our Girl Asha was well looked after. We received emails every day with pictures of Asha after a run which we found helped us know she was in good hands & happy. Thank you to all the staff. I highly recommend Kip Adelaide North.
KIP Adelaide North is great. All the staff I have spoken to are helpful and accommodating. The pick up and drop off additional service is so useful and from me it is quite a long way so I find it so easy when the girls get picked up and dropped off. The girls always come home clean, happy and tired and talking to others whilst waiting for my dogs, they said the same thing. No hesitation to recommend, having an app to get updates about your pets is awesome and reassuring. Book, I've found it great for my two crazy black labs.
KIP looked after Jellybean so well. The regular updates were a great way to see how happy she was. The flexibility of KIP to accommodate additional days due to my holiday injury reduced my stress considerable. A wonderful experience for both Jellybean and me.
Been to penfield kennels multiple times with my dog and the staff and excellent and friendly. My dog always comes home happy and healthy and shiny after her bath there. I also love the photo updates.

Am so very grateful for their pickup and delivery service as well, particularly when I found myself calling 000 and being in hospital unexpectedly recently. Coordination with a neighbour and Kip had my girl looked after and in knowledge my girl (dog) was in good hands . Thank you!!

A huge thank you to the team at Kip Adelaide North for their love, patience and care given to our beloved heeler over the years and many stays - short and long term. She's now over the rainbow 🌈 but her Happy Stays are fond memories that will be with us forever. I can't recommend the Kip team enough for their professional and genuine care for our animals. 10/10.
Kip north Adelaide. Amazing. Again. This was the second time our brother and sister puppies. A year old now I was very nervous this time as the pups have a bit of behavior issues, but the staff were amazing and handled the 2 very energetic dogs very well. knowing that they are brother and sister they put them together to play which we love seeing. They send photo uploads which always put me at easy seeing how happy they are. Absolutely amazing place felt very comfortable leaving my puppies there once again and a bit longer this time.
We have an anxious dog, Santia, who often has a lot of trouble with environments with lots of dogs and spending long periods of time away from her family. From the updates on Santia that we received during our time away, we found that the staff at Kip really made an effort to make Santia's experience as comfortable as possible. While early in her stay Santia was described as afraid and reluctant to interact with the staff, it was evident that, from her more positive appearance in the later updates we received, the staff were considerate and determined enough to get along with her. When we came to pick Santia up, she was described to still be quite anxious and "selective" with whom among the staff she preferred, but seeing her behaviour after one month at Kip compared to the attitude she showed during her first days there, we would consider how things turned out to be much better than what we had anticipated. We apologise for any trouble Santia might have caused you due to her anxiousness, but also we couldn't be more grateful that we lent her in your care. You exceeded our expectations.
Wally booked in for 5 weeks while I was on a cruise extended to 6 weeks as I got sick and this was no problem. Received several pics every day, Wally really looked like he was having a great time. He settled back home like he had never been away. Would highly recommend KIP to any other dog owners. Peace of mind, was very sceptical at first, but the pics every day were just wonderful.
I thought the communication and photos were great. My Anxious 1 yr old Cat is very attached to me and same. He lost abit of weight and was Dirty and Depressed when I picked him up. He still hasn't left my side. Cats do have separation anxiety.

He also loves the friendly staff and he always comes home healthy and happy after a visit . I thoroughly recommend Kip North Adelaide where all the care and needs of your pet are always met .

It is always hard leaving our two needy dogs but is made so much easier knowing the great care and attention they receive when staying at Kip Adelaide North, they always come home happy and healthy, and helps immensely being able to ‘see’ them while we are away through the daily photo updates, thank you to everyone at Kip Adelaide North for everything you do for our fur babies 🥰

This is the second time Maya has stayed with Kip Kennel Virginia, she was well looked after, we received daily photos, she was all bathed and clean and ready to be picked up, though she did have a little whimper as we left, think she enjoyed it too much. Staff are very caring and I got the impression they love their job and the animals there care for. Thankyou

It is always hard leaving our two needy dogs but is made so much easier knowing the great care and attention they receive when staying at Kip Adelaide North, they always come home happy and healthy, and helps immensely being able to ‘see’ them while we are away through the daily photo updates, thank you to everyone at Kip Adelaide North for everything you do for our fur babies 🥰

This is the second time Maya has stayed with Kip Kennel Virginia, she was well looked after, we received daily photos, she was all bathed and clean and ready to be picked up, though she did have a little whimper as we left, think she enjoyed it too much. Staff are very caring and I got the impression they love their job and the animals there care for. Thankyou

Kip north Adelaide. Amazing. Again. This was the second time our brother and sister puppies. A year old now I was very nervous this time as the pups have a bit of behavior issues, but the staff were amazing and handled the 2 very energetic dogs very well. knowing that they are brother and sister they put them together to play which we love seeing. They send photo uploads which always put me at easy seeing how happy they are. Absolutely amazing place felt very comfortable leaving my puppies there once again and a bit longer this time.
We have an anxious dog, Santia, who often has a lot of trouble with environments with lots of dogs and spending long periods of time away from her family. From the updates on Santia that we received during our time away, we found that the staff at Kip really made an effort to make Santia's experience as comfortable as possible. While early in her stay Santia was described as afraid and reluctant to interact with the staff, it was evident that, from her more positive appearance in the later updates we received, the staff were considerate and determined enough to get along with her. When we came to pick Santia up, she was described to still be quite anxious and "selective" with whom among the staff she preferred, but seeing her behaviour after one month at Kip compared to the attitude she showed during her first days there, we would consider how things turned out to be much better than what we had anticipated. We apologise for any trouble Santia might have caused you due to her anxiousness, but also we couldn't be more grateful that we lent her in your care. You exceeded our expectations.
Wally booked in for 5 weeks while I was on a cruise extended to 6 weeks as I got sick and this was no problem. Received several pics every day, Wally really looked like he was having a great time. He settled back home like he had never been away. Would highly recommend KIP to any other dog owners. Peace of mind, was very sceptical at first, but the pics every day were just wonderful.
I thought the communication and photos were great. My Anxious 1 yr old Cat is very attached to me and same. He lost abit of weight and was Dirty and Depressed when I picked him up. He still hasn't left my side. Cats do have separation anxiety.
Great service! The kennels and cattery are very nice and they look after our furry family members very well.

Great Kennel , my dog always gets excited as soon as he arrives at the kennel. He loves it there always gets to play with new doggy friends . What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! That’s why we’ve created a boarding experience that feels like a true retreat. Every stay includes a comfortable room, daily playtime with our team, free photo /video updates, and premium kibble meals. You’re also welcome to tour the accommodation beforehand for extra peace of mind.
Whether your dog’s racing around our grassy yards or your cat’s lounging in the sun, we’re confident they’ll love their stay.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.

Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide proof of your pet’s current vaccination. If your pet is checking in within 10 days of their most recent vaccination, we also require the certificate from their immediate prior vaccination.
We are able to care for pets if they’re not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
