You bet! Our pet chauffeur service takes the stress away from having to organise another trip on top of your own. With Kip, a crew member can collect your pet from your home and transport them to our luxurious dog hotel Brisbane in the comfort of a fully air-conditioned van. A crew member will accompany your pet to keep them feeling secure and relaxed along their journey.

When it’s time to return home, we’ll drop your happy family member back at your door personally!

The happiness of your pup is our priority. We provide premium quality Royal Canin dog food as part of our dog boarding service and make sure to check your dog is well-fed every day. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food to our resort if you’d prefer. This service costs $3 per pet per day. If you would like to bring your own food, please make sure it’s well labelled to help us serve the right meals at the right times.
