We do have a reactive dog, but we felt so at ease leaving him in their capable hands. The time the team took with us was so greatly appreciated as we brought our dog for a visit before his stay to familiarise himself with the space. But they also spent the time going through any questions we had on the phone and on check in, Rachel took the time to go through the long list of medications our pup requires and even provided us with an update with how he was going on the night. Rachel and her team’s dedication certainly did not go unnoticed and we will be back again. We can not recommend Kip at Adelaide Hills enough and are so thankful for all their help.

The wonderful team here cared for my nervous border collie with so much love and patience she ended up really enjoying her time in kennels.
