Don’t want your dog to be at home while you’re at work? Simply drop them in at Kip Bayswater on your commute for a fun day of socialisation and enrichment. Our animal attendants will make sure your dog is sufficiently entertained and ready for a kip when you pick them up!
Mon-Fri: 7:00am-6:30pm. We are closed on all public holidays.
Playtime is always fun, but all play and no rest makes Fido an overstimulated dog! We make sure to break up high-energy play with structured rest to keep all the dogs happy and well-behaved.
As pet parents ourselves, we know leaving your pup can be daunting so we deliver regular photo and/or video updates (aka pup-dates) right to your phone. You can access these through an easy-to-use customer portal!

Is your dog ready to join the daycare fun?
You need to attend a First Day trial before coming more regularly!
We want to ensure your pup gets started on the right paw when they join the Kip family. That’s why all dogs do a first-day trial to see whether the daycare environment suits them. On this first day trial, we encourage you to arrive before 9:00am to give your dog the best chance of success. We will give you an update throughout the day, and at pick-up, you will receive a report card and the team will discuss a recommended attendance plan. You will also need to be available for an earlier pick-up should our staff deem that daycare is not suitable for your dog.

To attend daycare your dog will need to be vaccinated (to C5 or above) and desexed if over 12 months. Dogs can attend their First Day Trial 10 days after their second vaccination (C5 or equivalent).

I have complete peace of mind when I’m in the office knowing he’s not alone, and on the days I work from home he mostly just relaxes and sleeps. Keep up the great work, Kip Bayswater.”
My boys love meeting new friends and playing at Kip. They are always relaxed when they come home after a busy day.
I was a little apprehensive of sending my dog to day care because there are some horror stories but My little Goldie Maisie absolutely loooooves Kip! Taking her here has helped by socialising her properly with other puppies and burning off energy so she no longer digs holes at home! Not to mention she hates the car and when I say “are you ready for daycare” she sprints to the car and jumps in ready to go! The staff here are so caring and amazing and show her lots of love and care. This will be her go to place moving forward! Thank you so much for making my little girl so comfortable and excited to go to day care :)
I just want to say thank you for the video updates you send from Kip Bayswater. Our dog Star (the high energy nutty one) loves it there so thank you for letting her live her best life once a week. I am sure she would move in if she could with all the other dogs, so please pass on my thanks to the staff there. When my partner pulls up her tail is wagging frantically and she cannot get out of the car to see all her dog and non-dog friends quick enough. Thank you for tiring her out for quiet nights! Also thank you to the carers there who have worked with our 3 year old Kelpie Cross Suzie to learn her name and being called that by her carer. She used to respond to anything now she knows when we want her- so thank you for the time and patience you give to her too :)

Our Staffy, Alfie, absolutely loves going to Kip! He gets so excited the moment we pull into the driveway—tail wagging, ears up, ready to see his favourite people and furry friends. The team at Kip are all so lovely, friendly, and clearly care deeply about the dogs in their care. It’s such a comfort knowing Alfie is in great hands, having fun and socialising in a safe, happy environment. We couldn’t recommend Kip more highly! 🐾💛

We could tell by the smile on our dog that she had an enjoyable time. Will definitely use this location again when next in the area.
My greyhound Inky loves the staff at KIP Bayswater! She goes weekly and comes home ready for a snooze. I get photo/video updates during her stay so I can see how she is getting on. It is evident the staff love the dogs and I’m very grateful to them for the excellent care they provide.

I had my beautiful boy in for a trial last week. He did so well and had the best time. The staff were so friendly and I felt that I had left my Ned in good hands. I am going to book him in on a regular basis. Awesome place

Our requirements for dog daycare is as follows:
- Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may attend daycare 10 days after their second puppy vaccine as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- 10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
- Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide us with evidence of your pet's current (and immediate prior vaccination if checking in with 10 days of their most recent vaccination)
- De-sexing Policy: Dogs must be de-sexed by 12 months
A Kip day starts bright and early at 7am, giving you plenty of time to drop off your furry friend on the way to work. Your dog’s day will be divided into two play sessions, morning and afternoon, and is broken up with quiet time in between to relax and recharge. This balance ensures that every dog has a great time without being overwhelmed and goes home looking forward to their next visit.
Groups are generally based on size, personality and play style so that your pup can enjoy their time with their BFFs (best furry friends!). Our animal handlers will also switch around groups as needed so that your dog gets the best out of every visit.
Safety is our number one priority. All dogs in our care are fully vaccinated and have passed their trial day before joining. Our floors are also non-slip and water-resistant, and our fences dig-proof.
The late cancellation charge allows us to reallocate your reservation to another pup if you are unable to attend your session. This late cancellation/no-show charge applies to customers who fail to cancel a daycare visit by 5pm the day prior to the reservation.
