To attend our daycare, dogs must be desexed by 12 months of age and up to date with their vaccinations (C5 or equivalent). Your vaccination certificate must be added to your Customer Portal before your first day.

What vaccinations does my dog need for daycare?

For your dog to attend daycare, they must have:

  • Dogs and puppies can attend 10 days after their second C5 vaccine (or equivalent).
  • An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be uploaded into your Customer Portal.

Does my dog need to be desexed for daycare?

Yes, dogs over 12 months old must be desexed. We cannot accept dogs in heat. If your dog comes into heat during daycare, we will notify you to arrange a prompt pick-up.
