Preparing for your cat's stay at Kip is simple! We provide all bedding, meals, and toys for their stay, and our staff will ensure they receive all the love and attention they need. Our spaces are designed for individual comfort, and your cat will have plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy their time away from home.

Your cat will need to be up to date with their F3 (or equivalent) vaccination, and a vaccination certificate should be updated in your Customer Portal prior to the start of their stay. We are able to care for cats that are not desexed, but do not accept any cats in heat across our locations. This ensures the health and wellbeing of all cats in our care.

What vaccinations does my cat need for boarding?

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, your cat must be up to date with F3 (or equivalent) vaccinations. A current vaccination certificate must be provided before check-in, and this can be uploaded to your Customer Portal.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.

Can you pick up my cat from Brisbane?

Absolutely! Our door-to-door pet transport service is available for Brisbane cats to provide added convenience. You can add this to your stay during the online booking process.
