Kip provides door-to-door pet transport services across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast, taking your pet directly to our boarding facilities. No matter where you’re based, our team ensures your pet enjoys a seamless, safe, and calm journey from home to our boarding location.

For added convenience, we can arrange transport from our dog daycares, giving you the flexibility to drop off and pick up your dog at a time that suits your schedule. Please note that your dog must be well-socialised and fully vaccinated to be eligible for transport from our daycare facilities.

Things To Know for Pet Transport in Queensland

Our Queensland pet pickup and drop off service operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Since availability is limited, we recommend booking your boarding stay early to secure your transport spot. We’ll always try to accommodate specific time requests for pick-up or drop-off, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Your pet will travel in a secure crate within our purpose-built vans. Please note that someone must be available at home for handoff, as we do not deliver pets to unattended locations.

We always aim to accommodate your preferred times, but our transport service is subject to availability. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee specific time slots.

Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my pet?

Yes, someone must be home for us to collect or drop off your pet. We do not deliver pets to unattended homes.

Can you collect my pet from my house?

Yes! We offer convenient door-to-door service from Greater Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas, directly to our boarding facilities.
