Things To Know for Dog Training in Greater Canberra

Before beginning any training program with Kip in Greater Canberra, it’s important to ensure that your dog is up to date with their C5 (or equivalent) vaccinations, as a current vaccination certificate is required. We are able to cater for dogs that aren't desexed, but we do not take dogs in heat across our centres.

What is included in the Board & Train program?

Our Board & Train program includes intensive, personalised training over 16-25 days, where your dog works with a dedicated trainer and stays with us for the duration of the program. Accommodation and meals are all provided and included in the total cost.

Can my dog stay with you during their training?

Yes! Our Board & Train program allows your dog to stay with us for the duration of their training. This program provides intensive, one-on-one training in a structured environment, helping to achieve the best results for your dog.

My dog isn’t vaccinated. Can they still come for training?

We require all dogs to have up to date C5 (or equivalent) vaccinations before joining us for a training program. This ensures that all pets in our care remain safe and healthy.

We are able to cater for dogs that aren't desexed, but we do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
