- Vaccination Requirements: To ensure the safety of all our furry guests, please ensure your dog is up to date with their C5 (or equivalent) vaccination before their appointment.
- Desexing Requirements: We also require your dog to meet be desexed if they're over 12 months. Please note that we are also unable to take dogs that are in heat.
- Grooming Preferences: Feel free to discuss your preferences with our groomers. Whether you have a specific style in mind or need advice, we’re here to help!
- Health and Behavioural Notes: If your dog has any special needs or behavioural quirks, let us know in advance. This information helps us provide the best possible care during their grooming session.
