That is the only place that i feel comfortable in living my fur baby. The staff are very helpful and they really care about the dogs. Also the whole process since booking and even having to proceed with a cancellation which I have done in the past is simply amazing and straight forward. I could not be happier, my dog always come back soo happy too.. they send update videos, answer all your questions , they also make sure your dog is fit and has all the requirements to be in the resort prior arrival too... I was so nervous about dropping my dog in to kennels but from the moment I entered the office at KIP Kurwongbah the experience was just so lovely. The team there were so patient with my very nervous dog and allowed him to respond at his own pace. I loved getting the daily updates and seeing how he was progressing to the point where he was looking for pats by the end of his 5 day stay. He did have a little incident where he hurt himself in his endeavours to escape but the team called me and let me know what he was up to and what he had done and helped ease my mind on his injury. I know what RiLee can be like when he wants to get home so in no way was his injury a result of anything the kennels did but their response to it was amazing and I could not have asked for more. Seeing him come out of there so happy melted my heart and has certainly eased my mind about having to put him in kennels again. I will definitely be using KIP again in the future.

How Boarding Works
Step 1: Choose Date
Request your boarding stay and complete your pet’s profile, including details such as your pets' vaccinations and any medication they need.
Step 2: Start Your Boarding Stay
Drop off your dog during reception hours. If you’ve selected transport, we’ll pick them up right from your door between 11am - 2pm.
Step 3: Welcome & Health Check
Your dog gets settled in for their holiday, and staff gives them a health check.
Step 4: Enjoy Regular Updates to your Phone
Enjoy regular photo and/or video updates right to your phone throughout their stay.
Step 5: Get that Fresh Wash Feeling
Receive a complimentary hydro-bath before going home for longer stays.
Step 6: Home Time!
Pick them up during reception hours and be reunited with your precious pet!

What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! Every trip to Kip includes your own room, supervised social or solo playtime, daily photo and video updates, and premium kibble meals, and we encourage pet parents to come visit the accommodation before the trip. Whether your dog loves running in our grassy yards, or your cat loves lounging in the sun, we’re sure your pet will have the best time!
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented prior to check-in.
