We take pride in providing a high-quality experience for your cat while they stay with us. To ensure all our guests are safe and happy, we require that all cats are up to date with their F3 (or equivalent) vaccination. Please upload a current vaccination certificate to your Customer Portal before arrival. We are also able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations.

Our boarding facilities are designed to offer a home away from home, so there's no need to bring personal bedding or toys, as we provide everything your cat will need for a comfortable stay. If your cat has a specific dietary requirement or requires medication, you can add this to your cat’s stay during the booking process.

What vaccinations does my cat need?

To stay at Kip, your cat must be up to date with their F3 (or equivalent) vaccination. Please ensure that you upload the vaccination certificate to your Customer Portal before the start of their stay.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females./

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

No, we welcome cats for stays of any length, whether it's just for an overnight stay or an extended holiday. During peak periods, we do enforce a minimum stay, so feel free to contact us for more details.

How does the door-to-door transport service work?

Our door-to-door transport service is simple and convenient. We will pick up your cat from your home and safely transport them to our facility. When their stay is over, we’ll return them home, saving you time and effort. You can add this to your stay during the online booking process.
