Our cat boarding facility is located in the greater Adelaide area, and is perfect for all South Australian cats. To make your stay even more convenient, we also offer door-to-door transport from metropolitan Adelaide.

Things To Know for Cat Boarding in South Australia

We know every cat is different, and we pride ourselves on being able to tailor your stay to the needs of your cat. If your cat requires any special care, such as medication or has specific needs, dietary or otherwise, please inform our team at the time of booking, and provide all necessary medication and/or food.

Your cat must also be up to date with their vaccinations (F3 or equivalent) and a current vaccination certificate must be added to your Customer Portal prior to arrival. We are able to care for cats that aren't desexed, but we don't take cats any cats on heat across our locations.

If you’d like to tour the premises, please contact us beforehand to organise a time as we are unable to accommodate last minute tours or facilitate them during drop-off. We also encourage you to book early, especially during peak holiday periods, to secure your cat’s spot.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vaccinations are required for cat boarding?

To board with us, your cat must have an up-to-date F3 (or equivalent) vaccination. We require you to upload this into your Customer Portal prior to check-in.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.

Will my cat get playtime during their stay?

Yes, we organise daily playtime outside of their rooms in our cattery. Whether they love interactive play or prefer a quiet space to relax, we ensure they have a comfortable and engaging experience.

How do I stay connected while I’m away from my cat?

We’ll send you regular photo/video updates of your cat to your personalised Customer Portal, so you know exactly how they’re settling in and what they’re up to.
