Coming to Doggy Daycare should be as easy and stress-free as possible. That's why we've created a Weekly Membership to make everyone's life easier.

What's included?

The cost of one day is covered by the weekly membership fee and it also gets you discounts on additional days. Not only that, but you'll receive an additional 10% off on all retail, washes, and transport when applicable. What's more, a Kip membership is for the whole family - meaning just one single membership gives you access to benefits for all of your pups who attend our daycare! A Kip Membership is flexible, so after an initial period of 3 weeks, you can cancel at any time.

Signing up is simple! Go to the 'Membership' tab in your customer portal, enter your details and you're good to go. You can also book your weekly days in your customer portal. Go to the 'New Reservation' tab and fill the request form with your desired schedule.

What is the lock-in period?

A Kip Membership is flexible, so after the initial period of 3 weeks, you can cancel any time.

What if I have more than one dog?

The more the merrier! A Kip Membership is shared amongst the family, so all you and your pups can enjoy the benefits of a Kip Membership for one price.

What if I need to visit a different Kip?

No problem, that's the beauty of a Kip Membership! You can use it across all our locations. Just be aware that pricing at our locations vary, so you'll just need to pay the difference*. This will be charged as part of your normal weekly billing cycle.

*No discount is offered for visits to locations with a cheaper rate.

When should I sign up?

A Kip Membership starts weekly on a Sunday.

We recommend you sign up on the Sunday before you plan to visit with your pup. We don't offer refunds for missed weeks, so make sure you sign up when you're ready!

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged for the current week on the day you sign up.

After that, your selected card will be charged every Saturday. The charge covers the recurring weekly membership for the upcoming week in addition to any other charges incurred in the prior week (on top of the recurring membership charge).

If we are unable to charge your account automatically, you will need to pay at your next visit.

Can I pause my Membership?

You can manage your active subscription in your customer portal. Simply cancel the plan after the 3 week initial period, then sign up again when you're ready to come back.

How do I cancel my Membership?

We're sad to see you go, but it's easy to cancel. Simply go into your customer portal after the initial 3 week period and cancel your plan in the 'Membership' tab. You'll need to settle any outstanding invoices, if any, and then that's it.
