Our cat boarding services are designed to cater to pet parents throughout the ACT and the surrounds of Greater Canberra. For extra ease and convenience, we also offer pet transport from selected vets in Canberra, so you don’t need to worry about dropping them off or picking them up from us!

Things To Know for Cat Boarding in ACT

Every cat is unique, and we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor each stay to their specific needs. If your cat requires any special care, such as medication or has dietary restrictions, please inform our team when booking, and ensure you provide all necessary food and medications.

Your cat must also be up to date with their vaccinations (F3 or equivalent), and a current vaccination certificate should be uploaded to your Customer Portal prior to arrival. Your cat doesn't need to be desexed to stay with us, but please note that we don't accept cats in heat. Should they come into heat during their stay, they will need to be picked up within 24 hours.

Want to see the facilities? No problem! We encourage you to arrange a tour of our premises ahead of time, as we cannot accommodate last-minute visits or facilitate tours during drop-off.

What types of accommodations are available for cats?

We offer classic rooms and luxury suites to suit your cat's preferences and needs, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment during their stay.

Are there any vaccination requirements for boarding?

Yes, all cats must be up to date with their vaccinations (F3 or equivalent), and a current vaccination certificate must be uploaded to your Customer Portal prior to arrival.

We are able to care for pets if they're not desexed however, we do not take cats in heat across our locations. To the extent your cat comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.

What if my cat needs medication?

No worries, simply let us know during the booking process. We are able to administer medication to your cat for a small additional fee. Please provide all medication to cover the length of your stay along with administration details.
