We offer door-to-door transport Melbourne-wide. This service is run Monday to Friday (subject to availability) and is not offered on public holidays. This service can be added as part of the booking process and takes the stress out of getting your pet to or from their holiday.

Our Classic Room offers spacious, shared accommodation with indoor and outdoor areas. Even our largest guests have room to stretch out, relax to soft radio music, and enjoy year-round comfort thanks to well-insulated rooms.

Social Playtime

Supervised social playtime is a great chance for your pooch to get that extra stimulation and mix with dogs of a similar temperament during their stay.
Bushwalk

Your dog will love stretching their legs with a daily bushwalk. Let them make the most of the great outdoors and escape city life during their stay with an extra 15 minute guided bushwalk.
Medication

We offer daily administration of medication, following your vet's instructions to ensure your pet's routine is maintained during their stay.
Paddock Playtime

I was so nervous about leaving our dogs for the first time but the staff put us at ease with regular updates. We loved the report card and photo on pick up. The facility is so clean and beautiful, our dogs loved their stay and paddock play. I highly recommend Kip and we can’t wait to use their services again.

We’ve never used a pet boarding service before, so we were a bit nervous about leaving our energetic but sweet Lab in the care of someone else. However, from the moment we made our initial enquiry to the moment we checked out, our experience at Kip Mornington was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly, and their communication was top-notch. We received daily updates, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our Lab was not only well cared for, but also enjoying time with other dogs. It’s clear that Kip Mornington truly cares about the pets in their care. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be using their services again in the future! Another great stay for Aggie which was a little longer than her last visit. I loved the daily photo and video updates, and I picked up a very tired but happy pup 6 days later. The bushwalks and paddock play are a fantastic option and she was matched well with other dogs of a similar energy level as our 2 year old lab.
Loved that we received photo updates during the day. The first stay somewhere without her late brother was stressing to us, but obviously not for her. Thank you Kip Mornington. See you next time!
I was very nervous about putting my 5yo and 7mnth old into kennels as I have never used kennels before in the 20+years of owning dogs. The welcome was awesome and both dogs happily left me. The daily updates and videos and pics made my stay in hospital amazing. They had so much fun and looked so happy. 10 star if I could
OMG..... Thanks KIP for taking such good care of our 2 Dogs while we were enjoying a mini break. We were so nervous going away as one of our dogz had badly injured his chest and had been put on pain killers, antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory meds and we really struggled to trust other people with giving him his medicines and some cuddles and love in our absence. But the staff at KIP in Pearcedale did all that and more. It was very reassuring and we could see just how happy he was there and the huge open graze was looking better each day in the photo pupdates. We cant thank your staff enough..... Luna and Duke loved their little holiday at your amazing facility and we wont hesitate to use you guys again in future. Keep up the great work. This is how kennels should be run. What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! That’s why we’ve created a boarding experience that feels like a true retreat. Every stay includes a comfortable room, daily playtime with our team, free photo /video updates, and premium kibble meals. You’re also welcome to tour the accommodation beforehand for extra peace of mind.
Whether your dog’s racing around our grassy yards or your cat’s lounging in the sun, we’re confident they’ll love their stay.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.

FAQs
Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide us with evidence of your pet's current (and immediate prior vaccination if checking in with 10 days of their most recent vaccination)
We are able to care for pets if they’re not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
