We offer door-to-door transport Adelaide-wide. This service is run Monday to Friday (subject to availability) and is not offered on public holidays. This service can be added as part of the booking process and takes the stress out of getting your pet to or from their holiday.

Our Luxury Villas offer your pooch a private indoor area, a large outdoor courtyard, air conditioning, a bed, and a TV for a comfy, home-like stay.

Solo Playtime

This extra playtime option gives your pooch 1-on-1 time with one of our animal attendants in one of our huge grassy play yards!

We offer daily administration of medication, following your vet's instructions to ensure your pet's routine is maintained during their stay.
Social Playtime

Is your pooch a social butterfly? This extra will give your pooch extended playtime throughout the day (subject to suitability).
Pigs Ears
$4.50/pet/day
Pigs Ears are great for any sized dog and can also help to reduce tartar buildup on your dog�s teeth, making them a great dental chew.
Kong Treat

Add a daily Kong treat to your dog�s stay for extra enrichment. It gives them a fun mental workout and a tasty reward.

Fabulous place, our dog is always so excited to be dropped off there and doesn't care about us leaving at all 🤣 All the dogs we see there appear to be having so much fun and love the staff there, I also don't know how they keep all the areas so clean looking when they have so many dogs. I honestly cannot recommend Adelaide Hills Kip enough!! The owners and staff go above and beyond in every way — from the warm welcomes at drop-off to the adorable daily updates, you can tell they genuinely care. My dog Winnie loves this place too! Kip is a great place for our furry friends to enjoy while we are away. The staff at the reception are very friendly, professional and supportive while eager to serve you and receiving the pet for boarding. We were to drop off our son’s greyhound “Spot” for 5 days . He had been at Kip earlier and the staff recognised him. He was very excited to be at Kip. Overall the experience was really great!
My 2 Tibetan Mastiffs stayed with Kip whilst I was visiting family in Adelaide. I cannot recommend this place enough!! The owner and staff went above and beyond with care and communication, I was so pleased to get daily updates with pictures and reassurance my doggies were happy. I have boarded my dogs in care in Melbourne and they had reservations due to the size and breed of my dogs. Kip in the Adelaide Hills was the complete opposite, they know how to look after and interact with large breeds like I haven’t experienced in other places. My doggie’s warmed to the staff straight away and we’re so happy. I’m so grateful and thankful to have found such a caring and lovely boarding for my dogs when I’m visiting Adelaide. Can’t thank them enough for caring for my dogs so well. Highly highly recommended!!!

What you need to know about your Boarding Visit
As pet pawrents ourselves, we know that leaving your pet for the first time can be stressful! That’s why we’ve created a boarding experience that feels like a true retreat. Every stay includes a comfortable room, daily playtime with our team, free photo /video updates, and premium kibble meals. You’re also welcome to tour the accommodation beforehand for extra peace of mind.
Whether your dog’s racing around our grassy yards or your cat’s lounging in the sun, we’re confident they’ll love their stay.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please make sure that all pets are up to date with all vaccinations, and a certificate must be presented.

FAQs
Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide us with evidence of your pet's current (and immediate prior vaccination if checking in with 10 days of their most recent vaccination)
We are able to care for pets if they’re not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
