Every week he happily walks through the door knowing he’s in for a day full of cuddles, ball play, and his favourite treats! The team is always so welcoming and genuinely knows each dog personally, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind. The daily photo updates are such a highlight—they always manage to capture Frankie’s cheeky grin—and the adorable special‑occasion gifts for dog parents are such a thoughtful touch. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing she’s not just another dog to them—they truly care about her and treat her like one of their own. You can tell the staff really love what they do, and Maple always comes home happy, tired, and well looked after. The level of care and attention they give every dog is amazing, and it’s clear Maple has the best time whenever she’s there. As a dog owner, it means so much to know she’s in such great hands. The dog wash facilities are also a fantastic bonus—super convenient and a great way to bring home a clean pup after a big day of play! If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be genuinely loved and cared for, I can’t recommend Kip Doggy Day Care at West Hindmarsh highly enough. Maple absolutely loves it there, and so do we! 🐾

I was very pleased with my experience of the staff the way they handled showing my dog what doggy daycare was all about 🥰 Extremely helpful, kind and caring people work at this Kip in West Hindmash. I needed to give my little dog a little more confidence and this is certainly achieving that. He took a while to build confidence going in first few times, however, each time he has been a little better going in there. I intend to continue with taking Wally to Kip ❤️

Really recommend Kip! My dog Cola absolutely loves going there every week. He even has a few favourite teachers (you can tell by how excited he gets when walking into the reception!). The staff are all so amazing and friendly! During festivals or special events, we also love getting the printed photos when picking him up — they’re such lovely keepsakes! Hopefully, they can print even more photos in the future! Of course they also send photos and videos throughout the day, and it always makes me so happy to see how much fun he’s having. Highly recommend Kip to all my friends! 🐶💛

We love receiving daily photos and videos of the dogs’ interactions. Pick-up at 6 pm is super convenient, and the membership option with discounted prices is a great bonus.

Our lil man Ziggy has been attending Kip West Hindmarsh since we relocated from Melbourne in mid 2023. He's a rescue pup, and can be a bit nervous, especially with new people. He had a great routine attending a fab doggy daycare in Melbourne where he'd gained a lot of confidence, and honestly, one of our biggest worries moving interstate was he wouldn't find that happiness elsewhere! His daycare aunties at Kip were wonderful at helping him adjust to a new daycare environment. He always does best when he's able to explore in his own time & they understand all his quirky eccentricities! Ziggy now happily trots in to Kip once or twice a week, tail a wagging & has some very obvious 'besties'. I've already recommended Kip West Hindmarsh to neighbours & other friends who live locally and will continue to do so.

We have been taking our little dog Ruby to kip for a while we are very pleased at the way the staff look after her. The love that they give her Is unconditional. She was a very frightened and timid little puppy when we first bought her there now all we have to say is the word Kip and she gets so excited to go. The staff are brilliant and I highly recommend this place for everyone. Dogs should always socialise from the beginning and this is the place to do it. Highly recommended.
