How we do things
Human contact & play outdoors
We believe pet accommodation should feel like home. All of our guests enjoy playtime with our team of animal-loving carers and heaps of exercise in our massive play yards and bushwalking trails.
Door-to-door pickup
We’ll arrive at your door to meet & greet you and your pup. This gives everyone a moment to get used to each other before heading off. This is an important part of what makes a ‘happy stay’ work so well.
Regular Pup-dates
Leaving your pet somewhere new can be a bit daunting. That’s why we send video & photo updates throughout the day to let you know how your pup is going – so you’ll know they’re safe and having fun.

Our very active and excitable 8 month old dalmatian has been coming here the past few months. They have worked with him as hard as we have with certain low risk behaviours and it’s amazing the change we have all seen in him! Plus, he loves coming here and playing with his friends, both big and small! He pulls my arm off trying to get in the door! Georgia and Ally and the team have been brilliant. I honestly wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else! Play and rest are structured and appropriately supervised, the dogs literally have the best time with each other, the environment and the staff and no one comes back exhausted nor do they come back with random injuries. I’ve used a few daycares and they’ve each let me down after the first visit – but Kip Alexandria has me looking forward to Honeys next visit 🙂 Amazing job from Georgia and the crew!
