We needed help. We had no recall and little control over Henry, our two year old Great Dane. Although playful, his size made him potentially dangerous. And after a minor altercation with another dog, we signed up with Kip. Henry completed a three week intensive training course. The staff were amazing! Big shout out to Meg. She kept us up to date with photos, videos and emails on his training and well being. We completed an online course at the same time, to help us get a better understanding of Henry’s body language and behaviour, and how to successfully manage it. At the hand over sessions, we worked through all the new commands with Meg. We dropped off a mischievous giant doofus, who trampled everything in his excitement. And we brought home a mischievous giant doofus, that listens to us and comes when he’s called. Training is an on going process and fun. Highly recommend Kip South Eastern. They know dogs and every element of their behaviour . We still receive emails checking in on him, and offering help when needed. Thank you Kip.

We attended the 3 week stay and board program at Kip and could not be happier. All the staff, particularly our trainer Megan, were genuinely thrilled to be looking after Wolfie and you could tell this was much more than a job for them. We got regular video updated of his progress which was great. We had a 3 hour handover session which provided us with the insights and skills to keep up his training and helped us understand his psychology. Now Wolfie is loose lead walking, very settled and happy around the home and we are only a few days in. So much more progress to be made which we know is achievable. The ongoing support too is key for us as there are always things you need to troubleshoot. Thanks so much to the team, we are already looking to book in our next sessions for when we go away again.

Our four year old American staffy Teddy was easily excitable, anxious and reactive to other dogs and cars, and was extremely challenging to walk. Teddy attended Kip’s three week board and train program and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer Alex was extremely helpful and understanding, and provided daily photos and videos of Teddy’s progress. Since returning home Teddy has been loose leash walking, engaged in training sessions, and is much more calmer in situations where he would usually be extremely reactive. After much deliberation we decided to jump in to the 3 week board and train program with our adult German Shepherd who was especially reactive towards other dogs. Before this point we were so concerned to leave the house with him after a traumatic experience. From the initial phone call we were immediately put at ease and Alex our trainer kept us updated every step of the way and poured an amazing amount of love and attention into our boy. The training modules we received as handlers were comprehensive and easy to work through. We could not be more pleased with the results not only with our dogs general disposition but with our own self confidence handling him. We got pictures and videos everyday which put my mind at ease with what he was learning and getting to see his face everyday. Our Australian Shepherd had big reactivity towards greyhounds despite being attacked by another breed. We were always anxious when out walking so we thought it was a good opportunity whilst we had a family holiday she would go to Kip and have some work done. It was the best decision we have ever done. We were always anxious when out walking so we thought it was a good opportunity whilst we had a family holiday she would go to Kip and have some work done. It was the best decision we have ever done. Handover was great, Alex was amazing and kept us updated daily and went through all her training in detail and now we are confident in taking our dog Maisey for a walk and our goal is to be able to go to a market where there are lots of dogs, and she will be able to walk through it calmly and focus on us! Thanks Alex for taking care of our first fur-born! We will continue this training indefinitely.

Our dog was with Kip for 3 weeks doing the Board and Training course, with particular emphasis on his recall. He was well looked after, with regular updates and photos. We would strongly recommend Kip (and Megan). Our dog has shown substantial improvement, and we look forward to continuing the training.

We needed help. We had no recall and little control over Henry, our two year old Great Dane. Although playful, his size made him potentially dangerous. And after a minor altercation with another dog, we signed up with Kip. Henry completed a three week intensive training course. The staff were amazing! Big shout out to Meg. She kept us up to date with photos, videos and emails on his training and well being. We completed an online course at the same time, to help us get a better understanding of Henry’s body language and behaviour, and how to successfully manage it. At the hand over sessions, we worked through all the new commands with Meg. We dropped off a mischievous giant doofus, who trampled everything in his excitement. And we brought home a mischievous giant doofus, that listens to us and comes when he’s called. Training is an on going process and fun. Highly recommend Kip South Eastern. They know dogs and every element of their behaviour . We still receive emails checking in on him, and offering help when needed. Thank you Kip.

Our dog loves staying at Kip, she enjoys playing with the other dogs and having lots of new toys and activities to entertain her. She recognises the road we drive down to get to the kennel and her tail wags like crazy when she sees the familiar street. The Kip crew always take good care of her with regular checks and they give her a bath so she comes home clean (and exhausted)

Despite doing intensive puppy training, our gorgeous boy Wolfie was just a big ball of energy who jumped all over people to say hello and his excitement would overcome his ability to follow the commands we had spent so long working on. We attended the 3 week stay and board program at Kip and could not be happier. All the staff, particularly our trainer Megan, were genuinely thrilled to be looking after Wolfie and you could tell this was much more than a job for them. We got regular video updated of his progress which was great. We had a 3 hour handover session which provided us with the insights and skills to keep up his training and helped us understand his psychology. Now Wolfie is loose lead walking, very settled and happy around the home and we are only a few days in. So much more progress to be made which we know is achievable. The ongoing support too is key for us as there are always things you need to troubleshoot. Thanks so much to the team, we are already looking to book in our next sessions for when we go away again.

It was fabulous to receive daily updates on how they were doing and the final 'report card' of their stay was a wonderful touch. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kip! Our dog Popcorn stayed for 2 weeks for boarding and training, and his primary trainer, Alex, was absolutely amazing, so patient, kind, and genuinely caring towards Popcorn. We received regular updates with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind seeing how well he was doing. The handover session was incredibly detailed and hands-on. Alex took the time to walk us through everything Popcorn had learned and how to continue his progress at home. Popcorn used to be very reactive to everything, but we can already see a huge improvement in his behavior. Thank you so much to Alex and the Kip team for the care, effort, and love you’ve shown Popcorn. We’ll definitely be back for holiday boarding in the future! 🐾❤️

Our four year old American staffy Teddy was easily excitable, anxious and reactive to other dogs and cars, and was extremely challenging to walk. Teddy attended Kip’s three week board and train program and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer Alex was extremely helpful and understanding, and provided daily photos and videos of Teddy’s progress. Since returning home Teddy has been loose leash walking, engaged in training sessions, and is much more calmer in situations where he would usually be extremely reactive. I am extremely pleased with the service we received and Teddy’s progress over the three weeks. I would highly recommend Kip to anyone needing support with their dogs challenging behaviours! Charlie attended KIP boarding and training to work on some difficulties we were having with loose lead walking and prey drive, pulling and some reactivity. He progressed amazingly with the training he received and the online training and the face to face sessions I had with him and Megan were so beneficial. Extremely positive, force free training that he obviously loved because when we returned for follow up he was so excited to see all the staff and especially Megan. Cannot recommend Kip enough, it’s the best decision we’ve made as dog owners. It is such a clean, friendly and calming environment! After much deliberation we decided to jump in to the 3 week board and train program with our adult German Shepherd who was especially reactive towards other dogs. Before this point we were so concerned to leave the house with him after a traumatic experience. From the initial phone call we were immediately put at ease and Alex our trainer kept us updated every step of the way and poured an amazing amount of love and attention into our boy. The training modules we received as handlers were comprehensive and easy to work through. We could not be more pleased with the results not only with our dogs general disposition but with our own self confidence handling him. We look forward to working with the team in the future for any of our training & boarding needs!

Our beautiful 8 month old puppy spent 11 days at kip, the staff are all incredibly friendly and professional. The daily updates of either video or photo and report card at the end of her stay, really went above and beyond. It was very reassuring to see her being so well cared for and having fun. Our boy Harry stayed with Kip for 2 weeks in the training/boarding program. I cried dropping him off but once I met the staff I knew he was going to be in great hands. Staff were very caring for Harry (and for me in tears) and my mind was put at ease once I saw the place and the plan over the next few weeks. Staff were extremely helpful, caring and organized. We got pictures and videos everyday which put my mind at ease with what he was learning and getting to see his face everyday. We had an online course to complete whilst we were home and the handover was great when we went to go pick him up. They are still checking in with us and Harry which is great. Harry has definitely learnt a lot and we have the tools to keep it up. He even got a special birthday celebration! Special thanks to Alex for making our boy feel like he is home and helping our smart little boy!

Our Vizsla absolutely loves going to Kip Dandenong and we wouldn’t send him to any other boarder. He comes home super happy each time, along with a report card so we can see how he went during his stay! We receive daily updates and can add extra treats and playtime daily.
