This was all well understood, he was boarded in a room that was as toad proof as possible, locked in at night, daily playtime and we added bushwalks! The team we met were very lovely, and answered all of my questions with kindness. I had been communicating with them for over a year, before taking the plunge and booking. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kip, and will use their services again.

My big chunky boy even celebrated his first birthday while boarding, complete with a birthday hat and adorable photos! Communication was fantastic, with daily updates and pictures so I never had to wonder how they were doing. It was their first time boarding (and their first time away from me) and like typical bulldog pups, they had a little tiff. Amy called me straight away, explained everything clearly, arranged a vet visit and kept me fully informed the entire time. We also used the transport service both ways, the ladies were so lovely & calm, and I could tell my boys felt completely at ease. I honestly can’t recommend Kip Brisbane highly enough. They’ll absolutely be our go-to boarding kennel from now on! 🐾🎉

Truly this is the ONLY boarding kennel we trust to look after our dogs. The staff are genuine dog/cat lovers. The accommodation for the dogs is fantastic. Many options of various activities to keep them happy and engaged (ours love the water park option) as well as healthy dinner options. We also received daily updates via email showing photos and videos. When we pick them up, they have been washed, smell fantastic and are genuinely happy with waggy tails. If you go away on holiday...KIP will make your pets feel like they are on holiday as well. Extremely highly recommended 👍

We have been coming to Kip for 5 years and wouldn't take our dog anywhere else! We were tentative about putting our pup Whiskey in a kennel for the first time after he was adopted from being in the pound the 1st year of his life. The staff were great and continue to be great with his care - Whiskey is so excited to stay at Kip and see his friends, both human and other pups. He always comes back happy and smelling nice! We get to see update photos and videos every day, which helps us enjoy our holiday even more knowing our boy is having his own great holiday. The facilities are nice and we have never had any issues, whether Whiskey has gone in for daycare or stayed for 2 weeks. I left my cat, Rosie, in the care of Kip Brisbane Cat & Dog Boarding for just over a month during the Christmas/New Year holidays, and the care and love Rosie received exceeded expectations. I received daily updates on Rosie, and although she took a little while to warm up to her carer, you could see how much she enjoyed their company and affection towards the end of her stay. I am beyond happy with the kindness and dedicated care Rosie received and will happily recommend Kip to anyone who needs their pet boarded. We also received daily updates via email showing photos and videos. When we pick them up, they have been washed, smell fantastic and are genuinely happy with waggy tails. If you go away on holiday...KIP will make your pets feel like they are on holiday as well. Extremely highly recommended 👍

We have been coming to Kip for 5 years and wouldn't take our dog anywhere else! We were tentative about putting our pup Whiskey in a kennel for the first time after he was adopted from being in the pound the 1st year of his life. The staff were great and continue to be great with his care - Whiskey is so excited to stay at Kip and see his friends, both human and other pups. He always comes back happy and smelling nice! We get to see update photos and videos every day, which helps us enjoy our holiday even more knowing our boy is having his own great holiday. The facilities are nice and we have never had any issues, whether Whiskey has gone in for daycare or stayed for 2 weeks. I left my cat, Rosie, in the care of Kip Brisbane Cat & Dog Boarding for just over a month during the Christmas/New Year holidays, and the care and love Rosie received exceeded expectations. I received daily updates on Rosie, and although she took a little while to warm up to her carer, you could see how much she enjoyed their company and affection towards the end of her stay. From someone who loves their cat more than anything I have 100% trust in this place. Absolutely incredible, you can feel their care for animals. I called KIP (Manie was incredible) when I was in the carpark of another pet boarding place (horror!) and they took my kitty in with no questions and made me feel so comfortable. Also the whole process since booking and even having to proceed with a cancellation which I have done in the past is simply amazing and straight forward. I could not be happier, my dog always come back soo happy too.. they send update videos, answer all your questions , they also make sure your dog is fit and has all the requirements to be in the resort prior arrival too... This company is super organised and i could just not be happier. thank you Kip

I was so nervous about dropping my dog in to kennels but from the moment I entered the office at KIP Kurwongbah the experience was just so lovely. The team there were so patient with my very nervous dog and allowed him to respond at his own pace. I loved getting the daily updates and seeing how he was progressing to the point where he was looking for pats by the end of his 5 day stay. He did have a little incident where he hurt himself in his endeavours to escape but the team called me and let me know what he was up to and what he had done and helped ease my mind on his injury. I know what RiLee can be like when he wants to get home so in no way was his injury a result of anything the kennels did but their response to it was amazing and I could not have asked for more. Seeing him come out of there so happy melted my heart and has certainly eased my mind about having to put him in kennels again. I will definitely be using KIP again in the future.

I cannot recommend Kip Brisbane Pet Resort enough. This was the first boarding experience for our recently rescued greyhound. Since he has had a tricky start around people and other dogs, I was feeling a bit nervous about how he would go. From the start the staff were incredibly reassuring. The photos and videos I received each day showed how patient, warm and loving the staff were towards him. It is clear to see in all the videos and photos he was so happy and relaxed. Not only did he have a great stay he also had an opportunity to develop his confidence around other people and dogs which has gone above my expectations 😊.

The resort is very clean , the staff are terrific and it was a lovely stay in the villa for the boys and they came home so happy. FAQs
Our vaccination policy for pet boarding is as follows:
Vaccination Requirement: Your pet must be vaccinated, and the vaccination must be valid for the entire duration of your pet's stay.
- Puppies may board 10 days after their final puppy vaccines as long as they are C5 or equivalent.
- Kittens may board 10 days after their final kitten vaccines as long as they are F3 or equivalent.
- Dogs must have an up-to-date C5 (or equivalent) vaccination.
- Cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination.
10-Day Rule: If your pet's previous vaccination had lapsed by more than 14 days, the new vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before the check-in date.
Vaccination Documentation: You are required to provide proof of your pet’s current vaccination. If your pet is checking in within 10 days of their most recent vaccination, we also require the certificate from their immediate prior vaccination.
We are able to care for pets if they’re not desexed. We do not take dogs in heat across our centres. To the extent your dog comes into heat whilst in our care, we will require an emergency contact to pick them up within 24 hours of being notified. We will not accommodate entire males in the same room as undesexed females.
We provide door-to-door transport from major metro cities for $35 one way. You will be contacted by the driver with an estimated arrival time the day before your booking commences.
Absolutely! Simply contact us directly so our team can organise the best time for you to tour the premises.
Absolutely! For an extra $6/pet/day, we can administer medication to your pets. Please provide all medication in a marked vet bag and provide enough medication for the entire duration of their stay.
We sure can, for an extra fee of $3.50/day! Please provide all required food, clearly marked and labelled. Please inform staff if your dog has any food allergies.
