Intensive Board & Train
From $139/day
3 Week Program, regardless of age
Designed for dogs with more complex behaviour challenges.
Your dog stays with us for 21 days and works closely with our trainers each day to build better habits, confidence, and control. This is ideal for dogs struggling with reactivity, anxiety, or more difficult behaviours that need consistent, hands-on support.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the stay and guide you through everything at handover so you feel confident continuing at home.
Behaviour examples that may be addressed:
- Reactivity (dogs or people)
- Anxiety or low confidence
- Pulling or difficult walks
- Over-arousal or poor impulse control
Our trainers will guide you on the most suitable program and length. Some behaviours require additional time (25-30 days) to work through effectively.

Sasha always has a wonderful time at KIP. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very accomodating and easy to communicate with. Very clean facilities and highly I knowledgeable staff.
My boy Bronx has had a wonderful time at Kip Dandenong Board & Train. He’s come back relaxed and chilled and I think he missed being there! Will definitely be back for refreshers and Dogg day care and train. Love that there is a facility in the south eastern area.
Such an amazing experience with Kip and Alex! We were so nervous to leave our dog when we went on vacation but the knowledge of how professional this team was had us confident it would all be okay. The constant updates and genuine care for all the dogs staying with them is amazing
I recently had my girl chilli at kips for 3 weeks, Following there updates and show of progress i extended for another week. Megan and her team took care of my girl and set the foundation for me to keep training her. Educated chilli as well as given me the education for me to continue with her training. Loved the handover process, sat down for a briefing about 2 hours and followed up with a practical lesson. Even set up for a follow up visit to see how my girl is progressing. I received timely Video/Photo updates and further email updates to explain how and what training is in place and how is she progressing. For someone struggling with a furry friend, I absolutely recommend KIPS This is the right place for it. Thanks Megan and Team. You guys are Killing it.

We booked her in for the 21 day board and train program with trainer Alex to help us manage her reactivity and stress and it has been incredible! The Kip team made drop off seamless and were so accomodating of us being anxious dog parents. Alex was fabulous at working with Iris every day and sent us little photo/video updates along the way. Having worked with other trainers before with minimal success, this program has exceeded our expectations tenfold. I would like to say a big thank you for all the work you as a team have put in to help Bruno be more confident and happier on our walks no longer are we going for walks at night I would walk him at night so there would not be anyone around I was unsure of how he would react to people as he used to lunge and growel at people because he was unsure and nervous. Bruno is still a work in progress but KIP board and training has set him and myself up to succeed. He is calmer looks for cues when we do our training and no longer see's people as scarey. Kip wanted to know every little thing about Bowie and what he and I needed during his stay. I really looked forward to the daily "pupdates" - either photos or videos or both, showing his progress in learning. I could also tell he was absolutely enjoying himself, while learning. The handover at the end of his stay with Alex, was amazing, comprehensive and through. Bowie has come back to me a calmer, more attentive boy, but still himself with his cheeky puppy ways. Thankyou Alex and all the staff at Kip MSE for looking after Bowie while I was away. Kip responds to enquiries asap and did not mind that I was either calling or emailing for an update and we’ve never left our dog for that long before. Would definitely use them again.

Kip South East pet boarding looked after my two Maltese shih tzu and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and took the time to get to know my pets, which made me feel at ease leaving them in their care. They send me daily photos to see how my pets are doing. I have an AM staffy x, he had 21days training camp during the Christmas to new year period. He’s much calmer than before. Not been disturbed or aroused by the dogs passing by on the streets. He was happy to return when he had his first follow up session.
Our 1 year old German shepherd spent 2 weeks at kip doing the training and board program. He loved it. We were sent photos and videos almost every day and he was always smiling in them. Trainer Alex was amazing and our boy is much calmer and obedient now.

Highly recommend! We signed up our 7 months old goldie (Nugget) for the 21 days Board and Train program and saw significant improvement when we picked him up. This one was my very first experience with a Kip or with a similar service, so I was a bit nervous at the beginning. But I couldn’t be more statisfied. I received punctual photos and videos of my doggies every day and they always looked happy. When I went to pick them up they have been washed and looked fresh and happy, not stressed at all - I recommend Kip South East, staff very competent and friendly.
Absolutely fantastic, we had our one year old staffy Mia at the board and train programme and wow the difference afterwards, before training she was so hyper and excited to meet new people and would jump all over everyone and walks were constant lead pulling and getting distracted, when she returned shes performed very well at home over the christmas period especially with 4 new family members staying over shes listened and been well behaved around them and out for walks is just a whole new thing, loose leash and following commands it’s great, 10/10

This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!
We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!
Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.

Banh Mi boarded at Kip for 3 weeks while we were on holiday and she has come home a different dog! She is soo calm, she listens, I can actually take her on walks instead of being dragged around and the best part is banh mi still has her beautiful bubbly personality!!! Great place for your dogs needs. My dog had a small problem with a lump on her leg. Adam kept me informed regularly and organised a bucket collar for my dog so the problem didn't get any worse. Great job Adam and his team! Couldn't recommend this kennel highly enough!

They were very well cared for, we got cute photo updates and staff were happy to answer all our questions both on drop off and pick-up. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and the whole process was very smooth. We went on our holidays happy, knowing they were in good hands. We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.
Super caring and knowledgeable team, had my dog in for the board and train program and they handled all of his issues really well and definitely put him on track. Would definitely use their services again!

This was the best decision I could have made under my circumstances. KIP and trainer Alex have done a fantastic job of transforming Maddie into a new dog with new obedience skills. I have an AM staffy x, he had 21days training camp during the Christmas to new year period. He’s much calmer than before. Not been disturbed or aroused by the dogs passing by on the streets. He was happy to return when he had his first follow up session.
Our 1 year old German shepherd spent 2 weeks at kip doing the training and board program. He loved it. We were sent photos and videos almost every day and he was always smiling in them. Trainer Alex was amazing and our boy is much calmer and obedient now.

This one was my very first experience with a Kip or with a similar service, so I was a bit nervous at the beginning. But I couldn’t be more statisfied. I received punctual photos and videos of my doggies every day and they always looked happy. When I went to pick them up they have been washed and looked fresh and happy, not stressed at all - I recommend Kip South East, staff very competent and friendly.
Absolutely fantastic, we had our one year old staffy Mia at the board and train programme and wow the difference afterwards, before training she was so hyper and excited to meet new people and would jump all over everyone and walks were constant lead pulling and getting distracted, when she returned shes performed very well at home over the christmas period especially with 4 new family members staying over shes listened and been well behaved around them and out for walks is just a whole new thing, loose leash and following commands it’s great, 10/10

This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!
We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!
Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.
