We were really nervous about boarding our really anxious dog but the staff at Kip put our minds at ease right from the tour, our pup was nervous at first but the video updates we received showed her have a great time with the pups and staff in no time. She was super affectionate to the staff when we picked her up, proving just how much she fell in love with everyone there. Can’t wait for our next holiday and Sal can’t either. Kip Boarding Hunter Valley has been amazing for our dog, Niko! She had a great time and was very well looked after during her stay. The pick-up and drop-off service was smooth, well-coordinated, and they were kind enough to drop her off right at our doorstep, which we really appreciated. Their portal, where they share updates and videos of your pet, is fantastic—super easy to use and a great way to stay connected while you're away.
