Evrn when charlie got sick during one visit, they did what they could to make him comfortablr and called to let me know whats going on, i was able to pick up early and get him seen too quickly.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Kip Doggy Day Care! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure my pup, Dexter, had an amazing time. I really appreciated the thoughtful updates throughout the day, including a phone call to let me know how he was settling in. That's also a video of Dexter happily playing with another dog, which was such a nice touch! At the end of the day, I even received a report card with insights of his activities and interactions. It’s clear the staff truly care about the dogs, and I’ll definitely be bringing Dexter back. Highly recommend!"

Ines, Liz and the team were all brilliant, providing detailed information of how the day would work as well as updates throughout the day to let us know how Gwen was doing which we loved. They show a genuine care for your dog and its well-being which is really reassuring to know your pup is in great care. Can’t wait for Gwen to see them all again soon!

I am so glad I finally tried Kip! My dog is lovely but also quite nervous about trying new things. I adopted her when she was 2, and I've been gradually introducing her to new things over the last year or so. I'd been debating whether she would suit daycare or not, and finally did a trial day about a month ago. I couldn't believe it when I saw a video of her playing on her very first day! The staff are so lovely, giving me a full account of how she goes each day after pick up. She's been once a week since her first day, and some days she has been a bit more nervous and kept to herself more. But since she's started daycare she's actually EAGER to get in the car! I was a bit hesitant to try daycare, but it has made my life easier this last month. I'm confident my dog's being cared for attentively and professionally, and if there are any issue's I'll be told. I am so glad I have a place I can trust to take care of her and put her wellbeing above just taking money. Strong recommend!

my italian greyhound has been visiting kip atleast twice a week for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s his favourite place to go. He cannot get out of the car fast enough when we pull up. As a full time worker, I didn’t think my dream of having my own dog would be possible but thanks to kip we can have the best of both worlds. All the staff are so beautiful and genuinely care about each and every dog that comes in - Not to mention the hilarious photos and videos that you’re sent throughout the day. If i could give you 11 stars I would! we love you guys!
