We had our first away trip since getting our puppies and were quite worried about leaving them anywhere for such an extended period. Kip looked after our Australian shepherd and Pug for just over 2 weeks, and Kip made this such an enjoyable and stress free experience. We received photo and video updates every day of our pups enjoying their time there. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our pups came back happy, healthy and clean! I cannot recommend this place enough and will continue to use there service if we ever have to board our dogs again. Cheers!

The team at Kip went above and beyond for our babies. For our 3 week holiday the team never failed to care for our dogs as if they were their own. My family and I loved the daily updates , as it gave us that extra peace of mind knowing our pups were fine on their little holiday away from us too haha. We had 2 dogs (a German shepherd and a cavoodle) & they took every detail about the 2 of them into consideration to ensure their stay was suitable for them. Thank you Kip Ipwich ! We will definitely be booking with these guys again

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the manager (John) was incredibly accommodating, very helpful and understanding with my many questions leading up to their stay (it was their biggest time away from us). Our dogs were well cared for, comfortable and came home happy (and tired). It's clear they had a great time and were in excellent hands. I cannot recommend this place high enough. We had a family emergency and needed to find a place for our beloved doggo quickly while it was sorted. Everyone at White Rose was absolutely lovely to deal with and took the time to really assist us through the process. Our poor little guy was suffering from anxiety and they gave him all the extra care and attention he needed. 10/10 I would use them again.

We have been taking our dogs here since 2017 and they have had stays ranging from 7 to 35 days and they have always returned happy and healthy. Marion and Peter take great care of the dogs. They are real dog lovers and their facilities allow the dogs to exercise but also remain safe and secure. We are very particular about our dogs and we have no hesitation in recommending Marion and Peter.

The staff, Caitlin and John were very helpful and friendly and polite. Everyday we were sent videos of our dog happy and playing. Our dog was very well looked after and we are very happy with our experience with KIP .

I cannot recommend this place high enough. We had a family emergency and needed to find a place for our beloved doggo quickly while it was sorted. Everyone at White Rose was absolutely lovely to deal with and took the time to really assist us through the process. Our poor little guy was suffering from anxiety and they gave him all the extra care and attention he needed. 10/10 I would use them again.

We have been taking our dogs here since 2017 and they have had stays ranging from 7 to 35 days and they have always returned happy and healthy. Marion and Peter take great care of the dogs. They are real dog lovers and their facilities allow the dogs to exercise but also remain safe and secure. We are very particular about our dogs and we have no hesitation in recommending Marion and Peter.

John, the facility owner, went above and beyond by taking the time to show us around before we made our booking. His passion for ensuring that every dog feels at home was evident, and it put my mind at ease knowing Kirra would be in such capable hands. Throughout her stay, we received regular updates with adorable photos and videos. It was such a joy to see her having a great time!
