Don’t Just Take It From Us
We put our 1.5 yr old mini groodle into a 21 day board and train. While we had done some ground work of basic obedience at home we found that we were challenged on a daily basis by our highly intelligent dog. The 21 day board and train worked as a beautiful reset for us and our dog. The whole family worked through the online learning modules which helped us to better understand where our errors had been when working Memphis previously. Janet and Aiden did a fantastic job with Memphis and when we were all reunited we were able to see the results of their patience and dedication to help shape more positive behaviours from our boy. The handover was thorough was a fantastic opportunity to be reassured that yes, our dog was highly intelligent (and likes to play the system a bit) butyes he is a beautiful dog who works to please. Our connection with him since being home is signifcantly better and we are continung on with his training and trying various methods (as taught by the program) to keep his mind working with and without us. My pup Towa went to kip for board & training in November 2025 and continues to attend one on one training and daycare & train. She has made such amazing progress during her sessions and shows nothing but pure joy when attending (sometimes being more excited to see Janet than she is to see me when I pick her up). Janet has been one of the best trainers I have ever gone to and displays nothing but passion for the pups. My dogs have been staying there on and off for many years and they love it, and their carers. My new dachshund Matilda spent 3 weeks there recently and enjoyed the training package. She learnt a lot and was very happy and full of energy when I picked her up today. I think she will love the ongoing package of daycare training to inspire and encourage her to maintain her confidence and skills. Thank you so much Janet and the team.

- [ ] I got my dog from the pound 2 years ago, since then I have been through 4 professional trainers, because he was so reactive to other animals, but in the end I gave up. I heard about Kip and decided to give them a chance, and the result after the 3 week course was worth the money, he was taught all the basic skills he needs, so now I only have to build on the skills that they taught us. Really happy with the team at Kip.

I recently started using the kip training program for my dog Luna. She is not confident and is reactive to other dogs. The first time I took Luna to Kip the trainer, Janet, used a gentle approach to relax and settle Luna. I learned more about Luna's behaviour and how to help her. The trainers at kip have a lot of knowledge and gave me the confidence that with their help I can help Luna. I am going to keep using Kip training program and am happy to have found them. Highly recommended. Our dogs are always excited to attend. We used the training program last board with great results. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The team communicate well.
We sent our dog to Kip Canberra for the 3 week training program. He's a sweet boy and tries hard, but at 40kg of pure muscle when his puppy excitement kicked in he was too much to handle. We tried our best to train him at home, but he needed that extra attention to get him over the line. We picked him up two weeks ago and he is a changed man. He walks so politely and really listens when we give him direction. Money well spent for a happy life with our Duke.

Picked up Maxxy yesterday after a boarding and training stay. The training he received was awesome and I feel it’s set us up for long term success. We go back next week for a follow up training session and I know I can reach out to the trainers any time. I’m really happy and excited to continue learning with Maxxy and the Kip trainers.
I boarded one small senior dog who needs daily medication and one large juvenile foster dog who has only been with us a few weeks. He's not aggressive but big and strong with limited training. The staff were so attentive and kind and the boys had a great stay. I loved seeing daily photo updates of them playing in the yard. The play area is big and secure and the facility is clean and tidy. We will definitely be back.
