We believe pet accommodation should feel like home. All of our guests enjoy playtime with our team of animal-loving carers and heaps of exercise in our massive play yards and bushwalking trails.

Door-to-door pickup

We’ll arrive at your door to meet & greet you and your pup. This gives everyone a moment to get used to each other before heading off. This is an important part of what makes a ‘happy stay’ work so well.

Free, Regular Pup-dates

Leaving your pet somewhere new can be a bit daunting. That’s why we send video & photo updates throughout the day to let you know how your pup is going – so you’ll know they’re safe and having fun.

Sian

Manager

Sian has a wealth of animal care experience, having managed a large boarding kennel in Sydney as well as having key roles within the zoo industry, caring for both native and primate animals. You can be sure that your pets are in good hands with Sian no matter how long they stay.

Kirstyn

Assistant Manager

A lifelong animal lover, Kirstyn has always dreamed of working in the pet industry. With experience as a groomer’s assistant and a passion for caring for animals, she brings warmth and dedication to every pet she looks after—often referring to them as her own babies! Her cat, Sox, has also been part of the Kip family since the very beginning, joining the household just weeks after they started.

Janet

Training Lead

Janet brings a wealth of experience to her role as our training lead, having worked as a zookeeper, and now a dedicated trainer. Her passion lies in helping pets and their owners build strong, lasting bonds so they can live their best lives together. When she’s not working with dogs, Janet loves to travel and spend time with her own pup, Sage the Papillon.
