There's a huge fenced play area, kennels are clean and solid walls and roof. They also provide food should you not want to or forget. I can't speak highly enough of the care my two older cats received during their month long stay. It was the first time we had been separated for many years and my older girl had just commenced medication, so I was nervous about boarding them and i was not familiar with Kips , only having read reviews on doggie stays. I need not have worried as either Teneal or Katherine kept me updated. There were a couple minor issues with cats settling in and these were discussed and solutions found quickly. Thank you for the special effort made around dietary concerns. This open communication always left me feeling reassured and confident in their ability . Big thanks from me, Miss R and Mr B. 😼😼

He looked well fed and groomed when I picked him up. His bedding was returned cleaner than when he arrived. Happy dog 🐕 happy owner. Hope to see you soon.

The most EXCEPTIONAL care for our two dogs. From the easy 2 year old to then 10 year old deaf and partially blind. Beautiful caring staff, listening to all advice for the older dog and the updates daily on email were so kind. All communication from enquiry to booking to pickup was top notch.
