Our cattery is a dedicated space, completely separate from dog boarding and our team gets to know each guest individually. Whether your cat takes a day to warm up or hits the ground running, they're in hands that know the difference.

I can't speak highly enough of the care my two older cats received during their month long stay. It was the first time we had been separated for many years and my older girl had just commenced medication, so I was nervous about boarding them and i was not familiar with Kips , only having read reviews on doggie stays. I need not have worried as either Teneal or Katherine kept me updated. There were a couple minor issues with cats settling in and these were discussed and solutions found quickly. Beautiful caring staff, listening to all advice for the older dog and the updates daily on email were so kind. All communication from enquiry to booking to pickup was top notch. Fury friend followed staff without fuss. Great video feedback every day. He was placed with other dogs in accordance to his age, size and temperament. He looked well fed and groomed when I picked him up. His bedding was returned cleaner than when he arrived. Happy dog 🐕 happy owner. Hope to see you soon.

The most EXCEPTIONAL care for our two dogs. From the easy 2 year old to then 10 year old deaf and partially blind. Beautiful caring staff, listening to all advice for the older dog and the updates daily on email were so kind. All communication from enquiry to booking to pickup was top notch.
