Our cattery is a dedicated space, completely separate from dog boarding and our team gets to know each guest individually. Then when my brother picked him up, they could not have been better. The pup was clean, fed and simply happy. Note, we had paid in advance and once Kip knew the date we were picking our dog up, they paid a credit into our account without us even asking. Very credible operators. Thanks Kip!!
