Another amazing Kip establishment ! If we can we will always try to get Frankie into a Kip. Staff are always so friendly and thorough. The place looks outdoorsy and fun for dogs and we saw some little ones going on their bush walk which looked fun. Frankie came back tired which is always a good sign she's had a blast ! We love the updates of pictures and videos! Highly recommended :)

Daily updates kept us at ease, and with having anxious pups, it was nice to see them at ease and enjoying their time in photo and video updates. Its nice to see that the staff know the animals in their care and their personalities enough to chat to us about them. Bonus- they even won pet of the week! Review of Cattery. I recently booked in my cat here for 6 nights. The lady at reception was very friendly and the cost per day was good for what the accommodation is supposed to be. I am saying this because I was not actually able to see the room / enclosure myself due to building works. Instead they showed me some pictures of it and the standard room seems quite spacious and had a large scratch tree in it, which is great. They advised that they will send pictures daily, while this didn't happen right away, I do get that it must be a bit of a burdon considering that they probably house loads of pets. Anyway, the images the we did get were not really showing much of the actual enclosure my cat was was in either, but my cat didn't look scared or unhappy. So that's great. When we picked her up, she was fine. I believe they fed her well. I guess with pet accommodation, it's purely based on trust. While I can't be sure what my cat had a great experienced here, I was happy enough with this place and would consider booking her in here again in future. Thank you.

Our dogs loved it especially the pool play and chasing the bubbles being blown. The staff were really good in giving Grace her medication and putting up with Dave's constant talking. Thanks again for looking after them and we'll all see you next visit.

We would personally like to thank the wonderful caring team at the Pet Care Centre, especially Debbie. Our dog was there for boarding from February until July of this year for an unexpected family emergency. We were given regular updates and photos as well. Outstanding service, very good and experienced staff, very happy we went there. They knew exactly how to handle our male German Shepherd, comfort him in the new environment and make the whole experience great! Their down to earth approach made us owners feel reassured: sometimes dogs bark and may be less happy but when you have good people looking after them it makes the separation way easier. We had good communication with them over Facebook and were kept up to date during our travel. I am very thankful for their service at this place.

Such a great spot - our 2 dogs are always happy to get there and come home tired and worn out. The staff are great - can’t say enough about them - they’re always friendly and very caring.

We would personally like to thank the wonderful caring team at the Pet Care Centre, especially Debbie. Our dog was there for boarding from February until July of this year for an unexpected family emergency. We were given regular updates and photos as well. It was reassuring to know that our fur baby was being well looked after, once again many thanks to the Pet Care Centre.

Outstanding service, very good and experienced staff, very happy we went there. They knew exactly how to handle our male German Shepherd, comfort him in the new environment and make the whole experience great! Their down to earth approach made us owners feel reassured: sometimes dogs bark and may be less happy but when you have good people looking after them it makes the separation way easier. We had good communication with them over Facebook and were kept up to date during our travel. I am very thankful for their service at this place.

Excellent service, took out dog Roxie here for a weekend stay. She is blind which they took into consideration and she was very happy when I picked her up. All the staff were very professional and you can tell all that they all had a great love for the animals they care for. Just wished we had found the Pet Care Centre earlier. We will definitely be bringing Roxie back again. 👍👍👍

It's the second time that we have taken our 2 beloved German Shepherds - Dave and Grace - to the Pet Care Centre. I can't recommend this place enough. Our dogs loved it especially the pool play and chasing the bubbles being blown. The staff were really good in giving Grace her medication and putting up with Dave's constant talking. Thanks again for looking after them and we'll all see you next visit.
