Received regular updates and videos during his stay which put us at ease. When we collected Cooper,we got a report card of his stay, detailing his time there. Hugo couldn’t be happier! From the moment you walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming, with a team so enthusiastic that Hugo scratches at the door to get in. They strike the perfect balance between structured activities and free playtime, keeping all the dogs entertained and engaged throughout the day. The facilities are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything Hugo could dream of: a castle, comfortable resting areas, endless cuddles, and treats galore. I also love the daily updates and photos they send, reassuring me that my "Prince" is happy and safe. Hugo always comes home tired and content, a sure sign he had an amazing day. A lifesaver for those times when leaving Misty alone for hours isn’t an option at the moment ….. an awesome service & site !! Thanks Kip Broadview team 👍🌟🌟😀

My mate Rusty really loves it at Kip - I could not ask for better people to look after him while I am at work. Love the updates of his shenanigans with his doggy pals, it’s assuring to know he is happy and in good company instead of alone and bored at home. More so I really appreciate the communication the staff have with me when it comes to grooming, being able to have him properly groomed is a time saver for me. The staff are attentive and respect not only myself and decisions but respect my mate a great deal too, always making him look extra handsome. I am really satisfied with the facilities, warm in winter and cool in summer. There’s certain Lots of space for my mate to run around and burn that energy in a safe environment. I can’t thank the staff enough for all they do! Keep up the great work guys! K&R 🐶

Clover knows the routine now. Every Tuesday I wake up at 6am to feed her then go back to bed till 7am which is when I drop her off at Kip. On Tuesdays when I go back to bed she stands on me, stomps on me and keeps telling me it's time for Daycare. Having a dog that thrives on socialising with other dogs is amazing. I get to take her to her favourite place where she wags with her entire body!

My mate Rusty really loves it at Kip - I could not ask for better people to look after him while I am at work. Love the updates of his shenanigans with his doggy pals, it’s assuring to know he is happy and in good company instead of alone and bored at home. More so I really appreciate the communication the staff have with me when it comes to grooming, being able to have him properly groomed is a time saver for me. The staff are attentive and respect not only myself and decisions but respect my mate a great deal too, always making him look extra handsome. I am really satisfied with the facilities, warm in winter and cool in summer. There’s certain Lots of space for my mate to run around and burn that energy in a safe environment. I can’t thank the staff enough for all they do! Keep up the great work guys! K&R 🐶

Clover knows the routine now. Every Tuesday I wake up at 6am to feed her then go back to bed till 7am which is when I drop her off at Kip. On Tuesdays when I go back to bed she stands on me, stomps on me and keeps telling me it's time for Daycare. Having a dog that thrives on socialising with other dogs is amazing. I get to take her to her favourite place where she wags with her entire body!

I have a mini dachshund puppy who hadn't been to daycare before, so i was a little concerned about leaving him. The staff were very friendly and professional, which made it easier to leave him. I received updated photos during the day, which was great as I could see he was enjoying himself. Would recommend them to friends.
