The team at Kip went above and beyond for our babies. For our 3 week holiday the team never failed to care for our dogs as if they were their own. My family and I loved the daily updates , as it gave us that extra peace of mind knowing our pups were fine on their little holiday away from us too haha. We had 2 dogs (a German shepherd and a cavoodle) & they took every detail about the 2 of them into consideration to ensure their stay was suitable for them. Thank you Kip Ipwich ! We will definitely be booking with these guys again

Fantastic, wonderful, perfect👌👌👌 You guys took such good care of my nervous boy Benji. The updates were amazing! Seeing him go from an anxious boy to running around with his tail in the air, was so nice to see and gave me such peace of mind while we were away! Also the report card he came back with was great info to have - I cant wait to see how he changes over his future visits! I am sad we didnt find you sooner, but youll be our go-to from now on! We had such a great experience with Kip Ipswich Dog Boarding. Kali was incredibly well looked after and had so much fun during her stay. It was so nice to see her making new friends (and even meeting the neighbours… the lambs were a highlight 😂). We’ve been with the Kip group since Kali was 6 months old, but this was our first time with the Ipswich team, and they were amazing. The staff were caring, attentive, and clearly love what they do. We really appreciated the regular photo and video updates, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and enjoying herself. Kali also had a bath before coming home, so she was super fresh, relaxed, and completely tired from all the fun. Highly recommend Kip Ipswich to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their dog.

We recently boarded our dog, Kaos, at Kip Ipswich, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear he was in caring and capable hands. The team went above and beyond to make sure both Kaos and I felt comfortable. I absolutely loved receiving daily updates- it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, relaxed, and being so well looked after. You can really tell how much the staff genuinely care about the dogs in their care. One of the sweetest touches was that Kaos was given a little report card at the end of his stay. I was told he was the “bestest boy” while he was there and so politely mannered- which gave me a good laugh because that’s definitely not how he is at home! Kaos came home happy, healthy, and clearly had the best time. It means so much to find a place where your dog is treated like family, and that’s exactly how it felt with Kip Ipswich. Thank you to the beautiful team for taking such amazing care of him- we’ll definitely be back!

After a bad experience leaving our Lexie at another boarding kennel we searched for a better option, and found it with Kip Ipswich! Our Jack Russell Lexie loved the friendly and caring staff as well as the social activities with the other dogs. Lexie was picked up after spending a week there bathed, healthy and happy. The team also kept us updated daily with pictures of what she was up to. We highly recommend Kip Ipswich.

We were exceedingly happy with the loving care our three Weimaraner Long Hairs were given. I was so impressed with the promptness to advise me when Kayla became ill with a large number of bloody stools (diarrhoea). Kayla was taken to the ARH 24hr emergency vet at our request as she has a gastric issue and under the care of a specialist there, and we cancelled our trip early so we could collect her from hospital on our way home from Brisbane airport. The vets believed this incident was caused by Kayla eating something she shouldn't have, possibly a gecko causing her the upset tummy. Our other boy decided to eat a green tree frog! I couldn't believe it, the naughty dog. The poor frog, I was mortified. Thankfully his upset tummy didn't last for long and hopefully turned him off chasing frogs. I'm just so sorry to the team for the mischief our dogs created. Unfortunately, our gun dogs noses get them into trouble sometimes! On the Saturday we went to collect her brother's and we took Kayla to see the girls on duty that day. They were so happy to see her and glad she was well again. They told us how much they loved our dogs and would have them back again any time! It was wonderful to hear this after the incidents. The daily photo and video updates were wonderful to receive and certainly reassured us that our dogs were loving their time at Kip Ipswich. We loved every team member we met, everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable leaving our dogs in their care for the first time here. Prior to here all our dogs used to go to Imparra for 25 years, so this was a new experience for us and our dogs. Rachelle and her team are absolutely beautiful people who show how much they love what they do by their loving, caring attitudes that they have and this shone through in our very happy, contented dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are loved and cared for whilst they are away from their home. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back to you again in the near future. Feeling blessed to have found such an incredible team to look after our 3 boys, while we head away on occasion. The team pickup and deliver our boys, and Arkie🐾 is so excited to see them, he jumps into the truck! We receive daily updates from the team, where our boys are smiling from ear to ear, which we love!🫶 The food choice is premium and our boys always return healthy and fit after their visit. In addition our most anxious of dogs is now no more after spending the week at Kip for the first time. Not sure how they did it, though we have a much more balanced dog since his first day. I cannot talk more highly enough of this excellent team and kennel and my boys look forward to many more stays in the future!🐶🐶🐶💙

After a bad experience leaving our Lexie at another boarding kennel we searched for a better option, and found it with Kip Ipswich! Our Jack Russell Lexie loved the friendly and caring staff as well as the social activities with the other dogs. Lexie was picked up after spending a week there bathed, healthy and happy. The team also kept us updated daily with pictures of what she was up to. We highly recommend Kip Ipswich.

We were exceedingly happy with the loving care our three Weimaraner Long Hairs were given. I was so impressed with the promptness to advise me when Kayla became ill with a large number of bloody stools (diarrhoea). Kayla was taken to the ARH 24hr emergency vet at our request as she has a gastric issue and under the care of a specialist there, and we cancelled our trip early so we could collect her from hospital on our way home from Brisbane airport. The vets believed this incident was caused by Kayla eating something she shouldn't have, possibly a gecko causing her the upset tummy. Our other boy decided to eat a green tree frog! I couldn't believe it, the naughty dog. The poor frog, I was mortified. Thankfully his upset tummy didn't last for long and hopefully turned him off chasing frogs. I'm just so sorry to the team for the mischief our dogs created. Unfortunately, our gun dogs noses get them into trouble sometimes! On the Saturday we went to collect her brother's and we took Kayla to see the girls on duty that day. They were so happy to see her and glad she was well again. They told us how much they loved our dogs and would have them back again any time! It was wonderful to hear this after the incidents. The daily photo and video updates were wonderful to receive and certainly reassured us that our dogs were loving their time at Kip Ipswich. We loved every team member we met, everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable leaving our dogs in their care for the first time here. Prior to here all our dogs used to go to Imparra for 25 years, so this was a new experience for us and our dogs. Rachelle and her team are absolutely beautiful people who show how much they love what they do by their loving, caring attitudes that they have and this shone through in our very happy, contented dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are loved and cared for whilst they are away from their home. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back to you again in the near future. Feeling blessed to have found such an incredible team to look after our 3 boys, while we head away on occasion. The team pickup and deliver our boys, and Arkie🐾 is so excited to see them, he jumps into the truck! We receive daily updates from the team, where our boys are smiling from ear to ear, which we love!🫶 The food choice is premium and our boys always return healthy and fit after their visit. In addition our most anxious of dogs is now no more after spending the week at Kip for the first time. Not sure how they did it, though we have a much more balanced dog since his first day. Roc came back very happy, smelling very nice, even though he didn't have a bath prior to being picked up! (We have used other Kip facilities in the past and the smell was always very bad even after bathing him!). He even came back with a report card! Kip looked after our Australian shepherd and Pug for just over 2 weeks, and Kip made this such an enjoyable and stress free experience. Our dogs were well cared for, comfortable and came home happy (and tired). It's clear they had a great time and were in excellent hands. We received daily updates and were able to have a great holiday ourselves without stressing about our furbabies. We highly recommend KIP Ipswich!
