They give video updates during the day when they get a chance to take a quick snap of her and also worth checking out their Instagram for the Bayswater location since they constantly put updates up there. They also been pretty good about any issues I may have had, responding and resolving very quickly.

The staff are exceptional with our dogs and they come home super happy and tired from a big day of play and love. Special shout out to Sophie at Kip Bayswater! Soph is incredible when it comes to communication and attention. My 4 month old GSP loves her. Highly recommend the team at Bayswater for your daycare needs. It's clear that every staff member adores and enjoys the dogs company when you pick up your pooch from a half day all the doggo are super dooper happy.
