Training Director

Anthony is a NDTF Qualified Dog Trainer who has been training dogs from a very young age, he started doing obedience classes when he was 9 years old and hasn’t looked back. This is something Anthony is very passionate about and gives workshops on, as he loves teaching and sharing his knowledge to help others.

Scott

Head of Boarding Development

Scott has been involved with the Homestead business for over 30 years when he trained his first Boxer with then Homestead owner, Rod. Scotts passion lies with seeing the pets in our care flourish and thrive and creating great training outcomes for our training dogs.

Dr. Ken BVSc BSc

Veterinarian

Dr Ken has been the greatest addition to Homestead in the history of the business – he is an incredibly knowledgeable man, always willing to help the pets and people where and how he can. A very caring and compassionate Veterinarian with a sense of what the pets needs are at all times.

We offer an industry-recognised Board & Train Program that ensures a cohesive relationship between you and your pooch. The program can help with many challenging behaviours, including:

Q. Will my dog obey me when they come home?
A. Throughout your dog’s Board and Train program, we will train your dog multiple times each day. At the conclusion, we will conduct a hand-over lesson to ensure you know how to control and maintain your dog’s behaviour once they return home.

Q. My dog has already been through a Board and Train program. Can they have Refresher Training when boarding next time?
A. Certainly, many owners take the opportunity to have Refresher Training for their dog during their next stay.
